The Satisfaction of Students on the Graduate Programs of Mahamakut Buddhist University

Abstract


The objectives of this thesis were: 1) to study the satisfaction of students in the Graduate programs of Mahamakut Buddhist University, 2) to compare the satisfaction of students in the Graduate programs of Mahamakut Buddhist University, and 3) to study the suggestions on satisfaction of the students in the Graduate programs of Mahamakut Buddhist University. The instrument was a questionnaire. The data collected from the students in the Graduate programs of Mahamakut Buddhist University were done with total 209 persons in 2014. There were two kinds of analytical statistics.

The results of the research were as follows: 1. the study on the satisfaction of students in the Graduate programs of Mahamakut Buddhist University in overall was high level ( = 3.61). 2. the satisfactions of students in the Graduate programs of Mahamakut Buddhist University with different of gender, age, occupation, and income per month had satisfyingly different in four aspects were statistically significant at 0.05 level. 3. With respect to the suggestions on satisfaction of the students in the Graduate programs of Mahamakut Buddhist University, students showed the suggestions of satisfaction in aspect as follows: 1) the management course should be adjusted to be suitable and advanced to changing the circumstances, 2) resources for teaching and research should be increased by providing more the device of teaching, 3) the support and advise to students should be scheduled in meetings with advisors regularly and continuously, and 4) the requirements of labor market and satisfaction of the Graduates’ user should be provided. The graduates should follow sets of virtue and morality while applying the knowledge in society.
