การสอนสังคมศึกษาของครูพระสอนศีลธรรมในโรงเรียน

Abstract

การสอนสังคมศึกษาของครูพระสอนศีลธรรมในโรงเรียน เพื่อพัฒนาผู้เรียนภายใต้บทบัญญัติของพระราชบัญญัติการศึกษาแห่งชาติ พ.ศ. 2542 และที่แก้ไขเพิ่มเติม (ฉบับที่ 2) พ.ศ. 2545 ที่มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อพัฒนาคนไทยให้เป็นมนุษย์ที่สมบูรณ์ทั้งร่างกาย จิตใจสติปัญญา ความรู้และคุณธรรม มีจริยธรรมและวัฒนธรรมในการดำรงชีวิตและอยู่ในสังคม ได้อย่างมีความสุข ทั้งนี้ ผู้บริหารเปรียบเหมือนผู้นำในครอบครัว การบริหารจัดการในครอบครัวโดยใช้หลักธรรมทางพระพุทธศาสนา จึงมีความจำเป็นอย่างยิ่งในอันที่จะส่งผลให้ครูผู้สอน พัฒนาการจัดการเรียนการสอนให้ผู้เรียนมีโอกาสที่จะเรียนรู้เต็มศักยภาพ ทั้งนี้ต้องมุ่งพัฒนาผู้เรียนให้เป็นคนดี มีปัญญา มีความสุข และมีความเป็นไทย ผู้บริหารจะต้องมีภาวะผู้นำในทางดำรงชีวิตภายใต้หลักธรรมคำสอนของพระพุทธศาสนา ที่จะส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพขององค์การโดยเฉพาะความมีคุณธรรม จริยธรรมการดำรงชีวิตตามแนวทางพระพุทธศาสนา พระพุทธเจ้าได้ทรงตรัสหลักธรรมอันจะเป็นแนวทางในการอยู่ร่วมกันอย่างมีความสุข ซึ่งในหลักธรรมทางพระพุทธศาสนาที่ผู้บริหารควรมีอย่างต่อเนื่องและต่อไป 

Social Teaching of Monks Teachers in School and some fundamental education was the main unite that learner’s development with in provision of the National Education Act B.E. 2542 and that revise (2^nd issue) B.E. 2545. It had the purpose to develop Thai people have perfectly all physical mental wisdom knowledge and moral, then have ethic and cultural for living and live in social by happiness. So that, administrators like guarding in family then management in family by using Buddhist principle, because it must have been important and necessary to affect for teachers. On the other hand, learning management by give chance for learners with full time for emphasize them to be good persons good wisdom happiness and have been Thai citizen. Administrators must have been the leadership for living with in Buddhist principle to affect for their and organize quality especially morality ethical for living according to Buddhism. Buddha has given doctrine principle to be guide line to live with each other with happily then administrators should have Buddhist principle lasting.
