รูปแบบการพัฒนาการบริหารการศึกษาในโรงเรียนด้วยคุณธรรม

Abstract

รูปแบบการพัฒนาระบบการบริหารการศึกษาในโรงเรียนด้วยคุณธรรม สำหรับในระดับโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา เพราะการบริหารการศึกษานั้นนับเป็นหัวใจสำคัญของการจัดการศึกษาให้สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมาย และนโยบายของกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ ในการขับเคลื่อนกระบวนการจัดการศึกษาให้ดำเนินไปตามวัตถุประสงค์ที่วางไว้ แต่ผู้บริหารก็ยังมีข้อผิดพลาดในการบริหารการศึกษาในโรงเรียน จึงทำให้เกิดประสิทธิผลของการจัดการศึกษาลดลง ข้อนี้อาจจะสืบเนื่องมาจากปัจจัยหลายอย่าง ที่ทำให้ผู้บริหารไม่สามารถบริหารการศึกษาในโรงเรียนให้เป็นไปตามที่สังคมคาดหวังในการจัดการศึกษาของชาติได้ ปัญหาเหล่านี้มีมาช้านานและต้องหาแนวทางการปรับปรุงและพัฒนาผู้บริหารการศึกษาให้สามารถขับเคลื่อนกระบวนการศึกษาในโรงเรียน เพื่อสร้างเด็กและเยาวชนให้เป็นคนดี คนเก่ง  มีความสุขและมีความภาคภูมิใจในความเป็นไทย อันจะเป็นกำลังสำคัญในการพัฒนาสังคมและประเทศชาติสืบต่อไป

Model of Education development in school according to moral for school on level primary belong to education area. Because of education administration regarded to main principle for education management then consistent with purpose and policy Ministry of Education and driven for education concern to purpose as set. Therefore, some administrators have an error to manage work for education administrative then push affection of education lower. This point was proceeded from more factors that effect to administrators cannot manage for education administration along to social as expectation for national educate management. These problems have been long times ago the we should look for an approach to improve and develop administrators driven education process in school to create children and youth to cultivate them to be good clever happiness and prow to be Thai. So that, they will be important power for social development and nation and soon.
