Abstract

The Human resource development strategy is an important aspect of every age society. Human resources are the things that the organization or society needs most is quality human resources. To obtain quality human resources, there must be an effective method to develop human resources to meet the needs of society.

In Buddhism, there is a Dhamma that can be applied to the principles of human resource development to be effective in the Thai ๔.๐  and can develop human resources to have physical, mental and intellectual qualities that can affect human expression behavior through physical and verbal behavior. For this reason, Buddhism emphasizes the importance of human beings by applying Buddhist strategies to develop human resources to increase work efficiency.
