บทบาทภาวะผู้นำเชิงพุทธ The Role of Dhamma Leader

Abstract

การเป็นผู้นำที่ดีจะต้องเริ่มที่ตนเองก่อนจะต้องเป็นบุคคลที่มีคุณความดี ความรู้ ความสามารถ จนเรียกได้ว่าเป็นแบบอย่าง ซึ่งทำให้เขาเกิดความศรัทธา ศรัทธาจึงเป็นเครื่องมือสร้างความมั่นใจ ความมั่นใจในตัวผู้นำ ที่เชื่อว่าผู้นี้จะเป็นบุคคลที่สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาได้ นำพาพวกเราสู่จุดมุ่งหมาย และสามารถเข้ามาประสานงานกับตัวผู้นำ ภายใต้หลักธรรมหลักธรรมสัปปุริสธรรม 7 ประการดังนี้ 1. รู้หลักการ ต้องรู้หลักการ รู้งาน รู้หน้าที่ รู้กฎเกณฑ์กติกาที่เกี่ยวข้อง 2. รู้จุดมุ่งหมาย ที่ชัดเจนต่อการปฏิบัติงาน 3. รู้ตน คือ ต้องรู้ว่าตนเองคือใคร มีภาวะเป็นอะไร อยู่สถานะใด 4. รู้ประมาณ คือ รู้จักความพอดี หมายความว่า ต้องรู้จักขอบเขตขีดขั้นความพอเหมาะที่จะทำในเรื่องต่างๆ 5. รู้กาล คือ รู้จักเวลา ต้องมีการวางแผนว่าสังคมมีแนวโน้มจะเป็นทิศทางไหน 6. รู้ชุมชน รู้ว่าสังคมอยู่สถานการณ์ มีปัญหาความต้องการอย่างไร 7.รู้บุคคล คือ รู้จักบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้อง โดยเฉพาะคนที่มาร่วมงาน หรือแม้แต่การใช้คน การยึดหลักสัปปุริสธรรม 7 สามารถสนองความต้องการขั้นพื้นฐานของคนในสังคม มีความมั่นคงปลอดภัยในชีวิตและทรัพย์สิน อนุรักษ์และส่งเสริมวัฒนธรรมที่ดีงาม การใช้ทรัพยากรที่มีอยู่อย่างจำกัดให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ภายใต้ภาวะผู้นำเชิงพุทธ

The great leader starts with himself. He or she must be so knowledgeable and talented that can be a good example. Followers will believe in their leader that he or she can lead the team to achieve the goal no matter how hard it is. Seven Virtuous Qualities or “Seven Sappurisa Dhammas” can be applied in this kind of situation. There are 7 aspects in Seven Virtuous Qualities as following. 1. Know the principle (what should or should not be done) 2. Know the target (what must be achieved) 3. Know himself (what your role is and who you are) 4.Know the limit (what you can or cannot do) 5. Know the trend (what tends to happen) 6. Know the situation (what the problems are) 7. Know people (Put the right man in the right job) These Seven Virtuous Qualities can respond to people’s basic needs. Moreover, community will be the safe place. They can also promote the good culture and make people spend natural resource more efficiently.
