Abstract

การประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา เป็นกระบวนการวางแผน และกระบวนการจัดการของผู้รับผิดชอบการจัดการศึกษาที่จะรับประกันให้สังคมเชื่อมั่นว่า จะพัฒนาให้ผู้เรียนเกิดการเรียนรู้ได้ครบถ้วนตามมาตรฐานคุณภาพที่ระบุไว้ในหลักสูตร และตรงตามความมุ่งหวังของสังคม เนื่องจากผู้ปกครองมีสิทธิ์เรียกร้องให้สถาบันการศึกษา และหน่วยงานที่รับผิดชอบในการจัดการศึกษา จัดการศึกษาให้แก่ผู้เรียนอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพมากที่สุด เพื่อให้ผู้เรียนมีความรู้ความสามารถ ทักษะ เจตคติ และคุณลักษณะต่างๆ ได้เต็มศักยภาพของแต่ละบุคคล ตอบสนองต่อความต้องการ ความสนใจ และความถนัดที่แตกต่างกัน และที่สำคัญคือ ทุกคนมีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนตามมาตรฐานคุณภาพที่สังคมต้องการ เป็นการคุ้มครองผู้บริโภค ต่อไปไม่ว่าพ่อแม่ ผู้ปกครองจะส่งบุตรหลานเข้าเรียนในสถาบันการศึกษาใด จะมีความมั่นใจได้ว่าสถาบันการศึกษามีคุณภาพและมาตรฐานการศึกษาสูงเท่าเทียมกัน ไม่จำเป็นต้องวิ่งเต้นหรือฝากบุตรหลานเข้าเรียนในสถาบันการศึกษาที่มีชื่อเสียง ระบบการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา เป็นระบบที่พัฒนาคุณภาพและมาตรฐานการศึกษาของสถาบันการศึกษาให้ทัดเทียมกัน

Everybody has the property completely standardizeds in the quality that the social wants, be consumer protection, next neither parents, a guardian will send a student attends class in educational which institution will have the confidence and good quality and education have high standard equally.
