Abstract

ผู้นำชุมชนควรการดำเนินชีวิตตามแนวเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง และมีภาวะการเป็นผู้นำชุมชนที่ยึดหลักการทำงานร่วมกับชุมชนแบบมีคุณธรรมและจริยธรรม จะเห็นได้จากความสำเร็จของโครงการตามแนวเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงอยู่เย็นเป็นสุข คุณลักษณะของผู้นำที่ดี ทั้งทางด้านคุณลักษณะทางกายภาพ ทางสังคม ที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อการดำเนินชีวิตและแสดงความมีภาวะผู้นำตามแนวเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ซึ่งนำมาเป็นแนวทางการพัฒนาชุมชนตามโครงการชุมชนเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงแบบอย่างของการปฏิบัติในครับเรือนของตนเอง แบบอย่างด้านการเรียนรู้และ แบบอย่างการเอื้ออารีต่อกัน
