Abstract

เมื่อสังคมโลกมีการเปลี่ยนแปลง กระแสการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางสังคมในศตวรรษที่ 21  นั้น ทักษะที่สำคัญแห่งศตวรรษที่ 21 คือ ทักษะการเรียนรู้ (Learning Skill) จะส่งผลให้การเรียนรู้ในปัจจุบัน ไม่จำเป็นต้องเรียนแค่ในห้องเรียนสามารถเรียนรู้ได้จากทุกที่ทุกเวลา จึงทำให้เทคโนโลยีมีส่วนสำคัญในการจัดการเรียนรู้ ผู้สอนในศตวรรษที่ 21 ต้องมีการปฏิรูปเปลี่ยนแปลงรูปแบบการจัดการเรียนการสอน ทั้งนี้ ต้องพัฒนาทักษะด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้ต่างๆ อย่างต่อเนื่องโดยเฉพาะด้านเทคโนโลยีซึ่งมีบทบาทที่สำคัญต่อการศึกษาในปัจจุบันและอนาคต โดยการปรับเปลี่ยนแนวคิด การจัดการเรียนรู้ใหม่ คือ สร้างนวัตกรรมทางการศึกษา เพื่อส่งเสริมให้นิสิตเกิดการเรียนรู้และสามารถสร้างองค์ความรู้ได้ด้วยตนเองห้องเรียนกลับด้านเป็นมุมมองหนึ่งที่สามารถเป็นแนวทางการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่เปลี่ยนแปลงกระบวนการจัดการเรียนการสอนของผู้สอน โดยใช้สื่อนวัตกรรมต่างๆ ในการพัฒนาทักษะการเรียนรู้ การสร้างองค์ความรู้ เพื่อให้เกิดทักษะการเรียนรู้ในศตวรรษที่ 21

When the world has changed, the current social change in the 21^st century hence, the key skills of the 21 st century learning skills will change, the learning today no need to learn just in the classroom. The learners can learn anywhere, anytime and the currently, the technology is an important part of the curriculum. The instructor in 21 st century requires reform to change the way teaching and learning. The expert one should create learning management skills continuously, especially technology which has an important role to educate now and future generations. Modifying the concept of learning is a new innovation in education by improve a new innovation to encourage the learners to learn and build Knowledge on their own. The flipped classroom is the one can approach to the curriculum by using innovative media to develop learning skills creating knowledge and the learners can set the constructivism to achieve the skills learned in the 21 st century.
