พุทธธรรมในการพัฒนาทุนมนุษย์ Buddhism for Human Capital Development

Abstract

บทความนี้เป็นบทความวิชาการที่ผู้เขียนนำเสนอถึง พุทธธรรมในการพัฒนาทุนมนุษย์ ซึ่งทุนมนุษย์ นับว่าเป็นปัจจัยขับเคลื่อนที่มีความสำคัญเป็นอย่างมากต่อทุกๆ องค์การในยุคปัจจุบัน และความสำเร็จขององค์การขึ้นอยู่กับทุนมนุษย์ในองค์การ ในยุคปัจจุบัน ตัวบ่งชี้ที่สำคัญของผลผลิตส่วนบุคคลและประเทศชาติก็จะกลายเป็นศักยภาพของมนุษย์ในด้านความรู้ โดยการลงทุนทางมนุษย์ทั้งในเรื่องการศึกษา การฝึกอบรมและสุขภาพ เช่น ญี่ปุ่น ไต้หวัน ฮ่องกง เกาหลีใต้ และประเทศอื่นๆ อีกหลายประเทศ ได้ให้ความสำคัญในการพัฒนาทุนมนุษย์ เพื่อประชาชนมีความศึกษาดี สุขภาพดี มีความสามารถสูง และมีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดี นำพาประเทศไปสู่ความสำเร็จ ซึ่งการสร้างเสริมความรู้ทางทฤษฎีทุนมนุษย์จะเป็นแนวทางการพัฒนาศักยภาพของมนุษย์นำไปสู่การพัฒนาองค์การและสังคม โดยทางพระพุทธศาสนานั้นมีหลักและวิถีในการพัฒนาทุนมนุษย์ ในการเพิ่มพูนด้านความรู้ ทักษะ ความสามารถ และทัศนคติที่ดีให้กับมนุษย์มีศักยภาพที่เต็มเปี่ยมไปด้วยความเป็น “มนุษย์ที่สมบูรณ์” พร้อมทั้ง “ความเก่งและดี” นำไปสู่ความเป็น “ทุนมนุษย์” ที่มีค่าในยุคปัจจุบัน

This article was academic article that the author wish to present Buddhism for human capital development. The human capital were the main important factors that drove the effectiveness in present organization. The key performance indicators for production of person and nation would become to the potential of person for their knowledge by investment in education, training and quality of life such as Japan, Taiwan Hongkong, South Korea and another countries that thought that the human capital development for their best education, good health, high ability and good quality of life that all would be brought the nation was accomplished.  The Buddhism had the method and way for human capital development by develop their knowledge, skill, ability and good attitude and they would become to “The Complete human” and “ Good & Merit person”
