การบูรณาการหลักธรรมของผู้บริหารที่จะทำให้การบริหารองค์การ มีประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผลที่ดี Integration of Dharma Principles of Administrator to Improve Efficiency and Effectiveness of Organizational Administration

Abstract

ในปัจจุบัน การบริหารงานหรือการจัดการองค์การมีความจำเป็นต้องใช้ศาสตร์ในการบริหารงาน อย่างหลีกเลี่ยงไม่ได้ เนื่องจากโลกในยุคปัจจุบันเป็นระบบทุนนิยม หรือบริโภคนิยมที่แสวงหากำไร และมีการแข่งขัน เพื่อให้เหนือกว่าคู่แข่ง ทั้งในเชิงบริหารงาน และการพัฒนาองค์กร ให้บรรลุผลตามเป้าหมายขององค์กร จึงมีหลักการบริหารสมัยใหม่เข้ามาเป็นกลยุทธ์ หรือหลักการในการบริหารจัดการ ในขณะเดียวกันก็มีนักวิชาการทางตะวันตกกำลังสนใจหลักการในทางพระพุทธศาสนามาผสมผสาน และประยุกต์ใช้กับหลักการบริหารจัดการ เพราะเขาถือว่าการที่จะใช้หลักการ วิธีการ หรือเทคนิค ของ นักวิชาการชาวตะวันตก ยังเป็นหลักการที่ยังยึดกับวัตถุ รวมทั้งมีผู้แพ้ผู้ชนะ เป็นการบริหารจัดการที่มุ่งหวังกำไรและการแข่งขัน ดังนั้นเมื่อนักวิชาการทางตะวันตก ได้เข้ามาศึกษาพระพุทธศาสนา ทำให้เขารู้ว่าศาสตร์แห่งการบริหารจัดการที่ยั่งยืนและดำรงความเป็น มนุษย์ที่จะอยู่ร่วมกันโดยสันติสุขนั่นคือ ศาสตร์ในการบริหารจัดการเชิงพุทธศาสตร์ ซึ่งในที่นี้จะได้กล่าวถึง หลักการบริหารงานสมัยใหม่กับหลักการบริหารงานเชิงพุทธศาสตร์ในเชิงเปรียบเทียบว่าสามารถบูรณาการ รวมเข้ากันได้ และเป็นแนวทางที่มีความสอดคล้องกับหลักการบริหารสมัยใหม่ จะทำให้การบริหารองค์การมีประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผลที่ดีในการบริหาร

At present, It is necessary to use a science in organizational administration or management because the current global is capitalist system or consumerism system which seek profits and compete to go ahead the rivals both in terms of administration and organizational development. To achieve the goals of the organization, the principle of modern administration or management is applied as a strategy. Meanwhile, western academics are interested in applying and mixing the principles of Buddhism with the principle of administration because the principles, methods and techniques of western academics are based on the object only. Using the principle of modern administration leads to the loser, the winner, profit and competition. While administration of Buddhism style is more sustainable which make people live together in peace. Comparison of the administration principles of modern style and Buddhism style was performed in this study to prove that these two administration styles can be integrated to improve efficiency and effectiveness of organizational administration.
