คุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ของนักบริหารการศึกษา ตามแนวพระพุทธศาสนาในสังคมไทย Desired Personality Traits of Educational Administrators by Means of Buddhist Ways in Thai Society

Abstract

บทความทางวิชาการฉบับนี้ ผู้เขียนมีจุดมุ่งหมายในการเขียนเพื่ออธิบายคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ของนักบริหารการศึกษาตามแนวทางพระพุทธศาสนาต่อการปฏิบัติตนตามบทบาทและหน้าที่ของผู้นำองค์กรทางการศึกษา โดยได้เชื่อมโยงกับหลักพุทธธรรมทางพระพุทธศาสนาเพื่อพัฒนาคุณลักษณะของนักบริหารการศึกษา 3 ด้าน ได้แก่หลักการครองตน ครองคน และครองงาน เพื่อให้เกิดความเข้าใจ และสามารถเป็นแนวทางนำไปสู่การประพฤติและปฏิบัติตน ตามคุณลักษณะของนักบริหารการศึกษาที่ดีตามแนวพระพุทธศาสนาได้อย่างถูกต้องและเหมาะสม       

Thepurpose of this academic articlewasto explain the desirable personality traits of Educational Administrators by means of Buddhist ways involved with behaviors in roles and function of the leaders of educational organizations . It was associated with Buddhist principles to develop the personality traits of Educational Administrators in 3 principles: the principle of conducting oneself, people and works. This leaded to understand asaguiding principle for properly behaving oneself in accordance with the personality traits of the good educational administrators, and the Buddhist ways.
