การประเมินหลักสูตรนักเรียนนายสิบตำรวจ ศูนย์ฝึกอบรมตำรวจภูธรภาค 5 AN EVALUATION OF THE CURRICULUM OF THE POLICE TRAINEES AT TRAINING CENTER OF PROVINCIAL POLICE REGION 5

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อประเมินหลักสูตรนักเรียนนายสิบตำรวจ ศูนย์ฝึกอบรมตำรวจภูธรภาค 5  ด้านบริบท (Context) ด้านปัจจัยเบื้องต้น (Input) ด้านกระบวนการ (Process) และด้านผลผลิต (Product) กลุ่มตัวอย่างคัดเลือกจากประชากรคือ นักเรียนนายสิบตำรวจ ศูนย์ฝึกอบรมตำรวจภูธรภาค 5 ปีการศึกษา 2560 ได้ขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 178 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า การประเมินหลักสูตรนักเรียนนายสิบตำรวจในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า ด้านที่มีลำดับมากที่สุดคือ ด้านผลผลิตอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด รองลงมาด้านปัจจัยเบื้องต้นและด้านกระบวนการอยู่ในระดับมาก และด้านบริบทอยู่ในระดับมาก ตามลำดับ ข้อเสนอแนะ ควรมีเวลาเรียนและทบทวนมากกว่านี้เนื่องจากอ่านหนังสือได้ทัน เนื้อหาบางวิชาเป็นการสอนแค่เพื่อรู้แต่ยังขาดความหมายที่จะนำไปใช้ในการปฏิบัติงานได้จริง และสับสนตารางเรียนอาจจะทำให้ไม่สามารถนำความรู้ที่ได้รับไปปรับใช้ในชีวิตจริงได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

The objectives of this research were as followed: to study the curriculum evaluation of the police trainees at training center of provincial police region 5 in the topic of context, input, process, and product. The sample group of 178 residents were randomly selected. The research questionnaires were issued for gathering data. The data were analyzed in the forms of frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation.

            The results were as followed: The curriculum evaluation of the police trainees the overall had a high level, when considering each side, found that the product had the highest level, the context and the process had appropriate high level and the input respectively appropriate had high level. But there should be more time to study and review content to be in the actual time. If they confuse class schedule and didn’t use effectively, it may not be possible to apply knowledge gained in their real life.
