การมีส่วนร่วมของข้าราชการตำรวจในศูนย์ฝึกอบรมตำรวจภูธรภาค 5 ในการดำเนินงานด้านการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายใน PARTICIPATION OF POLICE OFFICERS AT THE TRAINING CENTER OF PROVINCIAL POLICE REGION 5 IN OPERATION OF INTERNAL EDUCATION QUALITY STANDARD

Abstract

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้ เป็นการศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมของข้าราชการตำรวจในศูนย์ฝึกอบรมตำรวจภูธรภาค 5 ในการดำเนินงานการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในโดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของข้าราชการตำรวจศูนย์ฝึกอบรมตำรวจภูธรภาค 5 ในการดำเนินงานการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายใน และเปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมระหว่างข้าราชการตำรวจของศูนย์ฝึกอบรมตำรวจภูธรภาค 5 ในการดำเนินงานการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายใน ใน 4 ด้าน คือ ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการวางแผน (Plan) ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการปฏิบัติการ (Do) ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการตรวจสอบ (Check) และด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการแก้ไขปรับปรุง (Action) ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือ ข้าราชการตำรวจในศูนย์ฝึกอบรมตำรวจภูธรภาค 5 อำเภอห้างฉัตร จังหวัดลำปาง จำนวน 112  คน ดัชนีความสอดคล้อง (IOC) ค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามมีค่า 0.950 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ คือ ความถี่ (Frequency) ร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation:SD) โดยเปรียบเทียบความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลกับการมีส่วนร่วมในการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาคือ t-test และF-test ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของข้าราชการตำรวจศูนย์ฝึกอบรมตำรวจภูธรภาค 5 ในการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (= 2.99, S.D.= 0.85 ) โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุดคือด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการตรวจสอบ(Check) (= 3.08, S.D. = 0.95) ค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำที่สุดคือ ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการวางแผน     ( Plan) (= 2.86, S.D. = 0.85)  ผลการเปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมของข้าราชการตำรวจในศูนย์ฝึกอบรมตำรวจภูธรภาค 5 ในการดำเนินงานด้านการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายใน จำแนกตามเพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา ตำแหน่งงาน ประสบการณ์การทำงาน และรายได้ต่อเดือน พบว่า ในภาพรวมไม่มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05  ส่วนในรายด้าน พบว่าด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการปฏิบัติการ (Do) ข้าราชการตำรวจที่มีระดับการศึกษาแตกต่างกันจะมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงานด้านการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในที่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

The objectives of this study were; To study the overview mean of participation of police officers at Training Center of Provincial Police Region 5 in operation of internal education quality standard.To compare participation of police officers at Training Center of Provincial Police Region 5 in operation of internal education quality standard by sex, age, education, posision, experiences and income. Consists of 4 steps: Plan, Do, Check and Action the statistic.The result showed that : Overview mean of participation of police officers at Training Center of Provincial Police Region 5  was in the  moderate level, (= 2.99, S.D.= 0.85) among the 4 steps, the highest T-score was in Check, (= 3.08, S.D. = 0.95), however, the lowest T- score was in Plan, (= 2.86, S.D. = 0.85), according to the objectives of this study, the comparison of participation of police officers at Training Center of Provincial Police Region 5 in operation of internal education quality standard at  Training Centers of Provincial Police Region 5 showed that  by sex, age, education, posision, experiences and income of police officers almost paid participation, not differently as statistically significant differences at the 0.05 level, in addition there was in Do step, the comparison of participation of police officers at Training Center of Provincial Police Region 5 in operation of internal education quality standard at Training Centers of Provincial Police Region 5 there was different in police officers by education, based on the result showed that there was a significant difference at .05 level.
