ศึกษาการเรียนรู้ของชุมชนตามแนวปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงใน จังหวัดลำปาง

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษากระบวนการเรียนรู้ของชุมชนที่มีความสำเร็จในอาชีพและใช้วิเคราะห์และเสนอรูปแบบที่เหมาะสมกับการเรียนรู้ของชุมชนตามแนวปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงในจังหวัดลำปาง ใช้รูปแบบการวิจัยแบบผสาน ระหว่างวิธีวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ และวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพมีส่วนร่วมในการเรียนรู้จากประชาชนที่มีการดำเนินงานเกี่ยวข้องกับแนวปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงในจังหวัดลำปาง

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

1) หลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงตั้งอยู่บนฐานของทางสายกลางและความไม่ประมาทพอประมาณ มีเหตุผลสร้างภูมิคุ้มกันความรู้ ความรอบคอบ และมีคุณธรรม ประกอบการวางแผนการตัดสินใจ ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถาม สรุปได้ว่า หลังเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมกระบวนการเรียนรู้ตามแนวปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่ มีความคิดเห็นในด้านการเรียนรู้ทักษะการพึ่งตนเอง การรู้จักความพอดีที่ไม่เบียดเบียนตนและผู้อื่น

2) ชุมชนใช้กิจกรรมกลุ่มทั้งหมดมาเรียนรู้โดยใช้ทุนทางสังคม ธรรมชาติ วัฒนธรรม และภูมิปัญญา นำองค์ความรู้ จากผู้รู้ มาสร้างกระบวนการเรียนรู้หลากหลายนำมาปรับปรุง แล้วนำองค์ความรู้มาเป็นแบบอย่างความสำเร็จ สร้างจิตสำนึกร่วมกับชุมชน

3) รูปแบบที่เหมาะสมกับการเรียนรู้ของชุมชนคือมีกระบวนการเรียนรู้ที่ประกอบด้วยการสร้างเวทีแห่งการเรียนรู้สร้างเครือข่ายทางสังคม สร้างกระบวนการเรียนรู้ใหม่ มีการปรับปรุง มีความพร้อมเพียงของหมู่คณะพึ่งตนเองได้มีหลักการสร้างคุณธรรม เรียนรู้หลักสมชีวิตา มีเมตตาหลักธัมมัญญุตาหลักอัตถัญญุตา และหลักปฏิสันถารคารวตา หลักโยนิโสมนสิการหลักธัมมานุธัมมปฏิบัติหลักมัชฌิมาปฏิปทาและหลักขันติหลักมัตตัญญุตา หลักอัตถจริยา และหลักวิมังสาเคารพกันไม่ลบหลู่ดูหมิ่น รู้จักดูแลสุขภาพทางกายและจิตใจของตนเอง สร้างนวัตกรรมใหม่ๆ ที่ปลอดภัยต่อสุขภาพนำเอาสิ่งที่มีอยู่แล้วมาพัฒนาให้กลายเป็นศูนย์การเรียนรู้ คิดแล้วลงมือทำเป็นทีมและหากมีการฝึกทักษะการปฏิบัติจริงเช่นนี้ จะทำให้ชีวิตมีทางเลือก

ABSTRACT

The research aims to study the communities with successful occupations and the learning process of the community according to Sufficiency Economy Philosophy in Lampang Province by using mixed methods research between quantitative and qualitative, the research used as a participatory action research model in learning from people who are involved in the philosophy of sufficiency economy in Lampang province.

1) The results showed that the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy is based on the middle and not careless considering to the modesty, rationality, good immunity, even knowledge, prudence, and moral decision making.The results of the questionnaire were analyzed that the results of the data analysis from the questionnaire concluded that after participating in learning activities in accordance with Sufficiency Economy Philosophy, most of the respondents had opinions on learning about self-reliance, and know the fit not to persecute oneself or others.

            2) The successful community study was found that community use group activities to learn by using social capital that is; the capital of nature, the Cultural capital, and the Intellectual capital with the knowledge from the knower or philosopher of the community to create a learning process in various ways of new learning processes by improving the knowledge then bring it into successful model of community consciousness.

            3)Therefore, the model suited to the learning of the community has a learning process that include creating learning platform, social network, the new learning process creation that will bring to be improved, and the group availability. This can be self-reliant. In the area of the moral principles including the use of the Samacheewita principle; balanced livelihood, Metta principle; loving kindness, Dharmannuttaprinciple: knowing the law, Atthannuta principle: knowing the meaning, and Pañisanthàra-gàravatà principle: reverence for hospitality. The use of Yonisomanasikara principle; proper-mind work, Dhammanudhammapatipatt principle; righteousness, Matchimapatipadha principle; Middle way, Khanti; endurance, Mattanyuta; moderation, Atthacariya; useful conduct, Wimungsa; examination or scrutiny, the principle of respect and non-disparagement.  This will lead to the life-giving path knowing how to take care of their own health, maintaining physical and mental health, and creating new innovative which is safe for health by bringing it up to be a learning center. If there is practicing such practical skills, it would make life the better choice.
