การศึกษาไทย 4.0 ในบริบทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา

บทคัดย่อ

                บทความเรื่องการศึกษาไทย 4.0 ในบริบทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา มีเป้าหมายเพื่อวิเคราะห์แนวทางการปฏิบัติตนของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในยุคที่การศึกษามีการเปลี่ยนแปลงอยู่ตลอดเวลา ทั้งนี้เนื่องจากผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาถือได้ว่าเป็นกลไกสำคัญและเป็นตัวแปรสำคัญในด้านการจัดการศึกษาให้มีคุณภาพและมีอิทธิพลต่อคุณภาพของผลลัพธ์ที่เกิดจากการบริหาร ดังนั้น ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในยุคใหม่จะต้องมีคุณลักษณะที่โดดเด่นเหมาะสม มีความรู้เชิงทฤษฎี ทักษะ บทบาทหน้าที่ คุณธรรมและประสบการณ์ทางการบริหารการศึกษายุคใหม่ เพื่อนำพาสถานศึกษาให้ประสบผลสำเร็จ สามารถตอบสนองต่อการแข่งขัน และมีความทันสมัยต่อโลกที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงอยู่ตลอดเวลา  โดยพบว่า ทักษะการบริหารของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่สามารถพยากรณ์การพัฒนานักเรียนสู่คนไทย 4.0 มี 3 ทักษะ ได้แก่ 1) ทักษะการบริหารแบบหวังผลสัมฤทธิ์ 2) ทักษะด้านคุณธรรมจริยธรรม และ 3) ทักษะด้านภาษาการสื่อสารและการปรับตัวเข้ากับวัฒนธรรมต่างชาติ นอกจากนี้ยังพบว่าผู้บริหารสถานศึกษายุคใหม่จะต้องมีบทบาทที่สำคัญได้แก่ บทบาทในฐานะผู้นำ บทบาทในฐานะผู้รักษาระเบียบวินัยของผู้เรียน บทบาทในฐานะผู้ประเมิน บทบาทในการทบทวนนโยบายและกระบวนการภายใน บทบาทในการกำหนดตาราง บทบาทในการจ้างผู้สอนใหม่ บทบาทในการปกครองและชุมชนสัมพันธ์ และบทบาทในการมอบหมายงาน โดยบทบาทดังกล่าวถือได้ว่าเป็นแบบแผนพฤติกรรมที่แสดงออกตามตำแหน่งหน้าที่ ซึ่งเป็นไปตามความคาดหวังของสังคมและเป็นไปเพื่อให้การบริหารสถานศึกษาบรรลุเป้าหมายตามตำแหน่งที่ดำรงอยู่

ABSTRACT

                Journal of Thai education 4.0 in the context of school administrators,the purpose of this study was to analyze the practices of school administrators in the education is constantly changing.This is because the school administrators can be considered as an important mechanism and an important variable in the quality of education and influence the quality of the results from the administration. Therefore, new school administrators must have a distinctive feature. There should have suitable theoretical knowledge, skills, roles, duties, morality and experience in modern educational administration in order to bring the school success, able to respond to the competition and is up to date with the ever-changing world. It is found that the administrative skills of school administrators who can predict student development to Thai 4.0There are 3 skills: 1) Achievement management skills 2) Moral ethics and3) Language skills, communication and adaptation to foreign cultures. In addition, it is found that the administrators of the modern school must have important roles such as Role as leader Roles as learners discipline keeper Roles as an assessor Role in reviewing internal policies and processes Role in scheduling.The role of hiring new teachers. Government role and community relations and role in assignment, the role is regarded as a behavioral pattern that is expressed in the position. This is in line with the expectations of the society and is for the administration of the school to achieve its goals.
