Learned Lesson Changes Idea: Balance of Elderly Society

Abstract


For the Social balance Creating System for taking care elderly person in world society, the present author would like to provide the following guidelines:     1.Policy of joining cooperation between government, society, family and elderly person together, 2. Taking care of health and issuing law known as Residential Care Homes (Elderly Person), 3. Taking care of income assurance by establishing Provident Fund, 4. Paying great attention on resident, 5. Providing income tax deduction for individual taking care of elderly person, 6. Taking care of supporting family in order to create relationship between elderly person and caretaker, 7. Promoting individual to manage resident for elderly person, 8. Promoting elderly person’s healthcare, 9. Establishing 15,000 service centers for caring elderly person at home and coma elderly person, 10. Insuring medical treatment for elderly person by reducing the cost of medical treatment for elderly person, 11.Supporting volunteers to care elderly person in community of whole country, 12.Supporting budget to employ full time caretaker of elderly person including at home, 13. Supporting establishment of National Elderly Institution to investigate and develop preparedness for elderly population in increasing number, 14. Establishing the National Elderly Institution to train elderly person care, especially concerning health, 15. Establishing Physical and Mental Rehabilitation Center for elderly person, 16. Decentralizing for local administrative organization and individual to establish service center in different forms of help for elderly person, and 17. Establishing Time Bank as an institution of time saving for society instead of money by providing elderly person who devoted oneself for society to earn different kinds of service as wished.
