Abstract

Leadership is one most of the essential skill for executives to develop human resource with the 3 important elements as follows: 1) Leader particular characteristics consisting of 5 points, namely, decision, participation, teamwork, and communication, 2) Leader characteristics consisting of 5 points, namely, vision creation, charisma creation, attention of unique person, intellectual activation, inspiration formation, and 3) the executive’s skill consisting of 5 points, namely, abstract notion, human relations, technical method, teaching, and cognition. These presented the development process of life and society of human for the valued resources which has become the important factor bringing about the country development dramatically as well as the intellectual capital of the country to sustainable development.
