การพัฒนาศักยภาพแหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรม ของชุมชนตามแนวชายแดน จังหวัดเชียงราย

Abstract

          The research consists of three main objectives, namely: 1) to study the potential of development of cultural tourist attractions of border communities in Chiang Rai Province; 2) to develop the potential of cultural tourist attractions of border communities in Chiang Rai Province; and 3) to analyze the potential of cultural tourist attractions of border communities in Chiang Rai Province. The research was the Mixed Methods: Quantitative Research by survey research and Qualitative Research. The data collection was conducted with the help of questionnaire. The sample of this study consisted of 329 people living in Ban Sopruak The data were analyzed by statistical techniques such as Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, t-test, F-test, One–Way ANOVA and Least Significant Difference: LSD. And for Qualitative Research, the data collection was conducted by In-depth Interview with 10 key-informants; and finally, the Content Analysis Technique was used for data analysis.

1. Meanwhile, the development of cultural tourist attractions’ potential of border communities, Chiang Rai Province, has been found that community has cooperated to develop tourist attractions by helping to protect the arts and culture within the community, and allow visitors to study history, traditions and culture of this community. Additionally, the community should pay great attention on the tourist services for more profitable and security of people in community.

2. As for problems and obstacles often occurring within community, it has been found that organizing local shops, the traffic and parking space are not enough for tourists. And also community lacks staff members to make cleanliness, safety measures, as well as good enough information in the tourist attractions.

3. Recommendations: the working staff should listen to the meeting public opinions to find solutions of said problems. And also people in the community should help to take care of tourists, and construction in tourist attractions should be created to blend in with the tourist attraction including clean–care in tourist attractions as much as it should be in order to impress tourists.

บทคัดย่อ

          การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 3 ประการ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาศักยภาพด้านการท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมของชุมชนตามแนวชายแดน จังหวัดเชียงราย  2) เพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพด้านการท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมของชุมชนตามแนวชายแดน จังหวัดเชียงราย  และ 3) เพื่อวิเคราะห์ศักยภาพด้านท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมของชุมชนตามแนวชายแดน จังหวัดเชียงรายการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี ซึ่งเป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ โดยการใช้แบบสอบถาม ควบคู่กับการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research) กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ชุมชนบ้านสบรวก จำนวน 329 คน การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลใช้เครื่องมือเป็นแบบสอบถาม และเทคนิควิธีวิเคราะห์ คือ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ (Key Informants) จำนวน 10 รูป/คน โดยใช้เทคนิคการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ประกอบบริบท (Content Analysis Technique)

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

          1. การพัฒนาศักยภาพแหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมของชุมชนตามแนวชายแดน จังหวัดเชียงราย พบว่า ชุมชนได้ให้ความร่วมมือต่อการพัฒนาแหล่งเที่ยว ที่จะช่วยกันอนุรักษ์ศิลปวัฒนธรรมภายในชุมชน ทั้งให้เปิดโอกาสให้นักท่องเที่ยวได้เข้ามาศึกษาด้านประวัติศาสตร์ ประเพณี และวัฒนธรรมของชุมชนแห่งนี้ และสิ่งที่ชุมชนควรให้ความสำคัญ คือ การบริการนักท่องเที่ยวที่ทำให้ชุมชนได้มีรายได้และเสริมความมั่นคงของคนในชุมชน

          2. การพัฒนาศักยภาพด้านการท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมของชุมชนตามแนวชายแดน จังหวัดเชียงราย  ที่มักจะเกิดขึ้นภายในชุมชนได้แก่ การจัดระเบียบร้านค้าในพื้นที่แหล่งท่องเที่ยว รวมไปถึงด้านการจราจร และพื้นที่บริเวณจอดรถไม่เพียงพอต่อนักท่องเที่ยวที่มีปริมาณมาก ขาดเจ้าหน้าที่ดูแลรักษาความสะอาด รวมไปถึงมาตรการรักษาความปลอดภัยในแหล่งท่องเที่ยวของชุมชนยังทั่วถึง และการให้ข้อมูลข่าวสารในแหล่งท่องเที่ยวยังไม่กว้างขวาง

          3. ข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาศักยภาพแหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมของชุมชนตามแนวชายแดน จังหวัดเชียงราย คือ การฟังความคิดเห็นต่อการประชุมคือการพัฒนาศักยภาพแหล่งท่องเที่ยวที่ยั่งยืน และหาแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น รวมถึงคนในชุมชนควรให้การช่วยเหลือดูแลเอาใจใส่นักท่องเที่ยว และการก่อสร้างในสถานที่ท่องเที่ยว ควรสร้างให้กลมกลืนต่อสถานที่ท่องเที่ยว รวมไปถึงการดูแลความสะอาดในสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวให้ดียิ่งขึ้นเพื่อให้เกิดความประทับใจให้แก่นักท่องเที่ยว
