บทคัดย่อ

      บทความวิจัยเรื่อง การพัฒนาเครือข่ายด้านวัฒนธรรมของชุมชนตามแนวชายแดน จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. วิถีชีวิตและวัฒนธรรมของชุมชนตามแนวชายแดน จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ทุกคนอยากให้ใช้วิถีชีวิตความเป็นอยู่แบบพอเพียง ใช้ชีวิตแบบเรียบง่าย กินอยู่แบบธรรมชาติ เหมือนที่ ปู ย่า ตา ยาย หรือบรรพบุรุษเคยกินอยู่กันมา ใช้ชีวิตแบบพึ่งพาอาศัยกัน ช่วยเหลือกัน อยู่กันด้วยความรักสามัคคี มีอะไรก็ช่วยเหลือเกื้อกูลกัน ส่วนทางด้านวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่นนั้นก็อยากให้ดำรงอยู่ถึงลูกหลานสืบไปและยังต้องการให้วัฒนธรรมประเพณีท้องถิ่นนั้นเป็นที่เชิดหน้าชูตาของชุมชนและหวังว่าวัฒนธรรมประเพณีท้องถิ่นจะเป็นตัวช่วยดึงความสนใจจากนักท่องเที่ยวจังหวัดอื่นๆ มาเที่ยวชุมชนของพวกเขาเพื่อจะได้ช่วยสร้างให้ชุมชนตามแนวชายแดนของพวกเขามีเศรษฐกิจ สังคม และวิถีชีวิตที่ดีขึ้น 2. การพัฒนาเครือข่ายของชุมชนตามแนวชายแดน จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ พบว่า

        การพัฒนาเครือข่ายของชุมชนนั้นจากการสัมภาษณ์มาพบว่า ทุกคนมีความคิด มีความต้องการที่คล้ายๆ กัน คือ ต้องการหรืออยากให้สร้างกลุ่ม องค์กรรักษาวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่นขึ้นมา เพื่อตั้งเป็นตัวเชื่อมความสัมพันธ์กัน ระหว่างคนในชุมชนด้วยกันทุกชนเผ่า และเป็นตัวเชื่อมเครือข่าย ระหว่าง 2 หมู่บ้าน อันได้แก่ บ้านเปียงหลวง ตำบลเปียงหลวง อำเภอเวียงแหง และบ้านใหม่หมอกจ๋าม ตำบลท่าตอน อำเภอแม่อาย จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ด้วยกันเพื่ออนุรักษ์ รักษาไว้ซึ่งวัฒนธรรมประเพณี ประจำของชุมชน ทั้ง 2 ชุมชน ของตนเองไว้ให้ดีที่สุด และสามารถพัฒนาเครือข่ายให้เชื่อมโยงไปถึงชุมชนอื่นๆ ในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ และจังหวัดอื่นๆ เช่น จังหวัดเชียงราย และแม่ฮ่องสอน เป็นต้น เพื่อช่วยกันรักษาวัฒนธรรมประเพณี ประจำชนเผ่า และช่วยกันส่งเสริม เชิดชูวัฒนธรรมประเพณี  ของพี่น้องชาวไต ให้เจริญยิ่งๆ ขึ้นไป 3. เครือข่ายด้านวัฒนธรรมของชุมชนตามแนวชายแดน จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ พบว่า เครือข่ายด้านวัฒนธรรมทั้ง 2 ชุมชน ทั้งบ้านเปียงหลวง และบ้านใหม่หมอกจ๋าม ทุกคนมีความต้องการเห็นการสร้างเครือข่ายด้านวัฒนธรรมของชุมชนตามแนวชายแดน เป็นอย่างมาก เพราะพวกเขามีความเห็นว่า การสร้างเครือข่ายร่วมมือกันระหว่างชุมชนทั้ง 2 นั้นมีความจำเป็นและเป็นหัวใจหลักในการสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระหว่างชุมชนไทใหญ่ด้วยและเป็นการช่วยอนุรักษ์ รักษาวัฒนธรรมประเพณีท้องถิ่นเป็นอย่างดี

 Abstract

      The research article entitled “ the development of community cultural network along the border of Chiang Mai Province”

      The findings of this study are as follows: 1. As for the ways of life and cultures of communities along the border, Chiangmai Province, it has been found that the way of life and culture or traditions or local culture as well as the community showed that everyone lives a healthy lifestyle with a simple life like ancestors time, by living in harmony with one another and being help full. The local cultures needs to be inherited to the descendants and also be the showpiece of the community and hope that local culture will be helped to attract the attention of other tourists to visit their community in order to build up community along the borders with a better economy, society and way of life. 2. As for the development of community networks along the border Chiang Mai Province, it has been found that the development of the community network as showed that everyone has similar ideas to create a group or organization to keep local cultures in order to set up relationship among people in every tribal community, and connect two villages: Ban Piang Luang, Piangluang Sub-district, Wianghaeng District and Ban Maimorkjam, Thaton Subdistrict, Mae-ai District, Chiang Mai Province together, and to conserve both communities' traditional cultures with the best as well as be able to develop network link to other communities in Chiang Mai Province and other provinces such as Chiang Rai and Mae Hong Son, etc., to help to preserve the tribal cultures and promote and glorify cultures of Tai to flourish more. 3. As for the cultural network of the community along the border Chiang Mai Province, it has been found that the cultural network of both communities: Ban Piang Luang and Ban Maimorkjam, everyone wants to see the cultural network of the community along the border, because they have the opinion that the establishment of synergy between two communities is essential and the heart of collaborative network between Tai Yai community and maintain local culture as well.
