แนวทางการพัฒนาประเทศกับความขัดแย้งในสังคม

Abstract

การพัฒนาประเทศมีแนวคิดริเริ่มมาจากช่วงหลังสงครามโลก ครั้งที่ ๒ ที่เกิดจากมนุษย์เกิดความขัดแย้งในสังคม โดยเฉพาะในช่วงของสงคราม มีการเข่นฆ่า ทำลายร้างมนุษย์ด้วยกันเอง มนุษย์กลายเป็นสัตว์เดรัจฉานที่ต้องเอาตัวรอด เห็นแก่ตัว โหดร้าย เมื่อสงครามยุติมนุษย์จึงเป็นต้องพัฒนาจิตใจมนุษย์และสังคมเพราะความขัดแย้งของมนุษย์ทำลายทุกอย่างทั้งบ้านเมือง การเมือง เศรษฐกิจ สังคม และสิ่งแวดล้อมจึงมีความจำเป็นต้องฟื้นฟูทุกๆอย่างให้ดีขึ้น ทำให้เกิดแนวคิดในการพัฒนาประเทศเกิดขึ้นว่าทุกคน และทุกประเทศต้องช่วยกันที่จะแก้ไขปัญหาความขัดแย้งที่เกิดขึ้นร่วมกัน และในส่วนของประเทศไทยได้มีการพัฒนาไปตามแนวคิดกระแสหลักที่เน้นความทันสมัยแบบตะวันตก

ดังนั้นในการพัฒนาประเทศไทยจึงจำเป็นต้องรู้รากเหง้าของปัญหาความขัดแย้งที่เกิดขึ้น เพราะในการพัฒนาประเทศไม่มีแนวทางการพัฒนาที่ดีที่สุด แต่ต้องหาแนวทางใหม่ๆที่เหมาะสมกับประเทศที่สุดในการพัฒนาเช่น เศรษฐกิจพอเพียง พุทธเศรษฐศาสตร์ เศรษฐศาสตร์อิสลาม สิ่งสำคัญคือแนวพระราชดำริของในหลวงที่ทรงสรุปว่า “การพัฒนาต้องระเบิดจากข้างใน” และ “ต้องเข้าใจ เข้าถึงและพัฒนา” ต้องให้คนในชุมชนเข้าใจก่อนจึงจะพัฒนาได้

The development of the country was initiated after the Second World War caused by human conflict in society. Especially during the war, there was a slaughter of human beings. Humanity becomes a beast that must survive cruelty when the war is over. Humanity must develop the human and social mind. Because human conflict destroys everything, politics, economy, society, it is necessary to restore everything better. So the concept of developing countries occurs that everyone. And every  country must help each other. To resolve the conflicts that occurs together. And in Thailand, it has developed in line with the current trend of modern western style.       

So in Thailand, it is necessary to know the root of the conflict. Because in developing countries there is no best development approach. However, we need to find new ways that are appropriate for the country to develop. Sufficient economy Buddhist economics Islamic economics What is important is the royal line that concluded. "Development must be exploded from the inside" and "must be understood, accessed and developed" must be understood by the people in the community before development.
