Abstract

Abstract

This article entitled “Ethics and Teacher” reflects the educational organization of Thai Ministry of Education that has the important duty; to develop human in many aspects such as body, mind, intelligence, knowledge, virtue , culture of living, and ability to live peacefully with others. The learning management in educational organizations and related organizations should integrate much knowledge, especially, the indoctrination of ethics, value and desirable identities to the youth.

In the present time, there are the social competition and the increasing of population. There are also the economic crisis and the diversity of multi-cultural and modern innovation. Therefore, the parents have no time to raise their children. Some of the children are abandoned because their parents have to works in the city. So, the children have mental and physical health problems, especially, the ethical problem.

According to the National education act, the persons who are related in educational management should help to manage Thai education in order that the learners will be intelligent and have the knowledge together with virtue. So, the teacher is considered to be the important person.

            Therefore, the ethical teacher is required nowadays because he knows how to teach and how to distinguish the good things and the bad things. So, teacher with ethics can create good society and good students.
