บทคัดย่อ

          วิชาชีพการพยาบาลเป็นการดูแลช่วยเหลือบุคคลทั่วไปยามปกติและเจ็บป่วยเป็นการทำงานกับชีวิตมนุษย์ โดยต้องยึดหลักความเมตตา สงสาร ความเอื้ออาทร มีจิตบริการ เอาใจเขามาใส่ใจเรา ดูแลผู้รับบริการดุจญาติมิตร เห็นอกเห็นใจในความทุกข์ของเพื่อนมนุษย์ในยามเจ็บป่วย การจัดการศึกษาพยาบาลนอกจากจะให้มีความรู้ทางวิชาการและทักษะในการปฏิบัติแล้ว จะต้องเป็นผู้มีคุณธรรม จริยธรรมด้วย ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาพยาบาลจะต้องแสดงออกถึงภาวะผู้นำเชิงพุทธที่มีคุณธรรมและจริยธรรมมีอิทธิพลผลักดันรวมทั้งกระตุ้นให้บุคคลอื่นดำเนินการตามอย่างเต็มใจและมีส่วนร่วม การนำหลักธรรมมาใช้ในการบริหารงานในการจัดการศึกษา รวมทั้งเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดีในการปฏิบัติการพยาบาล การดำเนินชีวิต จะมีส่วนช่วยในการ สร้างความศรัทธา น่าเชื่อถือ ให้เกิดขึ้นกับผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา นักศึกษาพยาบาล และหล่อหลอมความเป็นพยาบาลที่ดี มีจิตใจงาม มีคุณธรรม ดูแลผู้รับบริการด้วยความเอาใจใส่ เอื้ออาทร และคนในองค์กรมีความสุข

Abstract

           Nursing is considered to be a science of looking after people health both well-being persons and sick persons by considering generosity and service minded. The management of nursing not only provides students to have academic knowledge and skill but also provides students to have virtue and morality. The directors have to express the Buddhist leadership considering both virtue and morality. Also, they should apply the moral principle in educational administration as well as be the role model of good nursing and living. It can help the directors of nursing college built faith and belief to the controlees such as nursing students and the officers of nursing college. Moreover, it can enlighten them to have a good nursing, morality, and service minded, and bring happiness into organization.
