การบูรณาการการเรียนรู้ภาษาอังกฤษกับการทำงานของชุมชนท่องเที่ยว OTOP นวัตวิถี (WORK-INTEGRATED ENGLISH LEARNING OF OTOP INNO-LIFE TOURISM-BASED COMMUNITIES)

บทคัดย่อ

          การบูรณาการการเรียนรู้กับการทำงานเป็นกระบวนการเรียนรู้ที่มีประสิทธิภาพสอดคล้องกับทฤษฎีกลุ่มพุทธินิยม ที่เน้นถึงพัฒนาการทางสติปัญญาของผู้เรียน และจัดประสบการณ์ให้ผู้เรียนอย่างเหมาะสม   เริ่มสอนจากสิ่งที่ผู้เรียนคุ้นเคยหรือมีประสบการณ์มาก่อน แล้วจึงเสนอสิ่งใหม่ทีมีความสัมพันธ์กับสิ่งเก่าจะช่วยให้ผู้เรียนเกิดการเรียนรู้ได้ดี  การบูรณาการการเรียนรู้กับการทำงานยังสอดคล้องกับทฤษฎีกลุ่มพฤติกรรมนิยมที่ผู้สอนกระตุ้นความต้องการระหว่างผู้เรียนกับเนื้อหา และลงมือปฏิบัติในกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ต่าง ๆ  ที่ผู้เรียนสนใจ ซึ่งตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้เรียนได้เป็นอย่างดี  เพื่อเป็นแรงเสริมในการช่วยยกระดับการเรียนรู้ จากยากไปสู่การเรียนรู้ที่ง่าย ยิ่งไปกว่านั้น  การบูรณาการการเรียนรู้กับการทำงานยังสอดคล้องกับทฤษฎีกลุ่มมนุษยนิยม ที่เน้นความสำคัญของผู้เรียนที่แตกต่างกัน ท้างด้านความต้องการและความรู้ ตลอดถึงมีสภาพจิตใจที่พร้อมรับการเรียนรู้ในบรรยากาศการเรียน ซึ่งจะช่วยให้เกิดการเรียนรู้ได้ดี ฉะนั้น การบูรณาการการเรียนกับการทำงาน (WIL)  สามารถประยุกต์ใช้ในการเรียนการสอนที่ตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้เรียนและผู้ประกอบการได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

Abstract

          Work-integrated learning (WIL) is an effective learning process complying with Cognitivism, emphasizing on cognitive development of learners, providing learners suitable experiences, teaching from the accustomed or experienced things, then presenting new things related to the previous ones, causing the learners to learn better. WIL also complies with Behaviorism in that a teacher/an instructor stimulates learners’ needs with the content taught and the learners perform activities interested, responding to their needs better, enforcing them in improving their learning from easy to difficult. Furthermore, WIL also complies with Humanism focusing on learners with differences of needs and knowledge as well as mental readiness for learning in classroom atmosphere with helping to learn better. WIL can therefore, be applied in teaching-learning process, responding better and effectively to learners and entrepreneurs’ needs.
