Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

          การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ ดังนี้ ๑. เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยด้านคุณลักษณะของผู้บริหาร ปัจจัยด้านสถานการณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเป็นผู้นำของผู้บริหารและปัจจัยด้านความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา อำเภอเมืองฉะเชิงเทรา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต ๖ ๒. เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ๓. เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารกับภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ๔. เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และ ๕. เพื่อสร้างสมการพยากรณ์ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนซึ่งกำลังปฏิบัติหน้าที่ภายในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา อำเภอเมืองฉะเชิงเทรา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต ๖ ปีการศึกษา ๒๕๖๑ ขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างคำนวณโดยใช้ตารางของเครจซี และมอร์แกน (Krejcie & Morgan, 1970) ได้จำนวน ๒๔๐ คน และใช้การสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย (Simple random sampling) โดยการเทียบสัดส่วนจากจำนวนครูในโรงเรียน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย () และความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) การวิเคราะห์ค่าสหสัมพันธ์ (Pearson’s product moment correlation analysis) การวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน (Stepwise multiple regression analysis) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

          ๑. ปัจจัยด้านคุณลักษณะของผู้บริหาร ปัจจัยด้านสถานการณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเป็นผู้นำของผู้บริหารและปัจจัยด้านความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ของผู้บริหาร โดยรวมและรายด้านทุกด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก

          ๒. ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา อำเภอเมืองฉะเชิงเทรา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต ๖ โดยรวมและรายด้านทุกด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก

          ๓. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารกับภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา พบว่า ทุกปัจจัยมีความสัมพันธ์กับภาวะผู้นำทางการศึกษาในทางบวก อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .๐๑

          ๔. ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ทั้ง ๖ ปัจจัย ได้แก่ ความตระหนักในตนเอง บุคลิกภาพ ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างผู้บริหารกับบุคลากร ความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงาน การจัดการความสัมพันธ์ ความตระหนักในสังคม

          ๕. ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สามารถทำนายภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ได้ร้อยละ ๙๔ สมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนดิบและคะแนนมาตรฐาน ดังนี้

Abstract

          The purposes of this research were: 1. to study the levels of leadership traits of administrators, situations involving leadership, emotional intelligence of dministrators under secondary educational service area office 6 2. to study the levels of the administrators’ leadership 3. to study the relationship between the factors affecting leadership and the administrators’ leadership 4. to study the factors affecting the administrators’ leadership 5. to construct predictive equations of the administrators’ leadership. The samples consisted of 240 teachers in the Muang Chachoengsao district under secondary educational service area office 6 of academic year 2561. The instrument was a questionnaire, and the statistics used to analyze the data were Mean (), Standard Deviation (S.D.), Pearson’s Product-Moment correlation coefficient and to multiple regression analysis. The results were as follows:

          1. The levels of leadership traits of administrators, situations involving leadership, emotional intelligence of administrators overall and each aspect were at a high level.

          2. The administrators’ leadership in secondary school administrators in muang chachoengsao district under secondary educational service area office 6 in overall and each aspect were at a high level.

          3. The relationship between the factors affecting an administrators’ leadership and the administrators’ leadership were correlated positively with statistically significant at .01 level.

          4. The factors affecting the administrators’ leadership were 6 indicators: self awareness, personality, leader-member relations, competency, handling relationships, enhance social skill.

          5. The factors affecting the administrators’ leadership with statistical significance at the .05 level, and they could co - predict up to 94%. The predictive equation of the administrators’ leadership in term of raw score and standardized scores were shown as;
