กระบวนการเสริมสร้างจิตสาธารณะของวัดและชุมชนในพื้นที่สาธารณะ อำเภอตรอน จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

          การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมของวัดและชุมชนในพื้นที่สาธารณะอำเภอ  ตรอน จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการเสริมสร้างจิตสาธารณะของวัดและชุมชนในพื้นที่สาธารณะอำเภอตรอน จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ และเพื่อศึกษากระบวนการเสริมสร้างจิตสาธารณะของวัดและชุมชนในพื้นที่สาธารณะอำเภอตรอน จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน (Mixed Methods Research) กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 395 รูป/คน

          ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

          การมีส่วนร่วมของวัดและชุมชนโดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (  = 3.20) ความสัมพันธ์ของวัดและชุมชนในทางบวกที่มีทิศทางเดียวกัน โดยมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ คือ  (r = 0.552)

          ปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการเสริมสร้างจิตสาธารณะของวัดและชุมชนในพื้นที่สาธารณะอำเภอ  ตรอน จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ พบว่า บริบททางสังคมและวิถีชีวิตที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไปของประชาชนมีผลต่อจิตสำนึกในการมีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมจิตสาธารณะ แนวทางการพัฒนา ควรร่วมมือจัดกิจกรรมพัฒนาความรู้ ด้านจิตสาธารณะ โดยนำหลักธรรมสังควัตถุ 4 มาประยุกต์ใช้ในกิจกรรมจิตสาธารณะ

          กระบวนการเสริมสร้างจิตสาธารณะของวัดและชุมชนในพื้นที่สาธารณะอำเภอตรอน จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ พบว่า ด้านการมีส่วนร่วม โดยการพัฒนากิจกรรมจิตสาธารณะที่ต่อยอดจากการกิจกรรมชุมชน  สืบสานขนบธรรมเนียมประเพณีทางพระพุทธศาสนา และการจัดกิจกรรมสร้างสรรค์เพื่อการพัฒนาสังคม  ด้านทาน คือ การเสริมสร้างจิตสาธารณะในเรื่องของการทำทาน  ด้านปิยวาจา มุ่งเน้นการปลูกฝังจิตสาธารณะ โดยการนำศีลธรรมจริยธรรมมาพัฒนาด้านจิตใจ ด้านอัตถจริยา ทำกิจกรรมบำเพ็ญประโยชน์เพื่อฟื้นฟูความสัมพันธ์ของวัดและชุมชน และด้านสมานัตตตา กระบวนการเสริมสร้างจิตสาธารณะที่มีความยั่งยืนโดยการประพฤติและปฏิบัติด้านจิตสาธารณะอย่างสม่ำเสมอ

Abstract

         The objectives of this research are as follows:  1) to study the participation of temples and communities in the public space of Tron district, Uttaradit province, 2) to study the problems and obastacles of  ehancing public mind in the public space of temples and communities in the public space of Tron district, Uttaradit province, and 3) to study the process of ehancing public mind of temples and communities in the public space of Tron district, Uttaradit province. This research is the mixed method research. The samples are 395 people.

          The findings of this research as follows:

          The participation of temples and communities was overall at the moderate level (  = 3.20).The correlation coefficient, including (r = 0.552).

          The problems and obastacles in ehancing public mind of temples and communities in the public area of Tron district, Uttaradit province, it was found that the social contexts and way of life of the people change effecting the consicious mind  of having the participation in public mental activities. The development of guidelines, Should cooperate to organize the activities for developing knowledge in public mind. All people should improve themselves by taking the principles of Sangkhavatthu to apply in public mental activities.

          The process of ehancing public mind of temples and communities in  the public area of Tron district, Uttaradit province was found that  the participation by developing public mental activities that carry on from community activities, inherit the Buddhist traditions and organizing creative activities for social development, Dana is to promote the public mind in matters of giving, Piyavaca is the process of enhancing public mind in aspect of Piyavaca that focuses on the cultivation of public mind by bringing morality and ethics to develop the mind, Atthacariya is to organize the service activities with the goal of restoring relationships between temples and communities, and Samanattata is the process of promoting public mind that is sustainable by conducting and practicing public mind regularly.
