บทคัดย่อ

นโยบายส่งเสริมและพัฒนาวิสาหกิจชุมชนซึ่งก่อให้เกิดรายได้ ส่งเสริมและอนุรักษ์การใช้ทรัพยากรที่มีอยู่ในท้องถิ่นให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุด มีหน่วยงานภาคีระดับอำเภอ และจังหวัด ให้การส่งเสริมและสนับสนุน ปัญหาอุปสรรคที่พบ ได้แก่ การดำเนินกิจกรรมไม่ต่อเนื่องของวิสาหกิจ การบันทึกข้อมูลในระบบสารสนเทศวิสาหกิจชุมชนล่าช้า การออกแบบการผลิตสินค้าไม่ตรงตามความต้องการ ขาดความรู้ คุณภาพสินค้าไม่ได้มาตรฐาน ขาดแคลนแรงงานในการผลิตเนื่องจากเป็นวัยที่ผลิตอายุเกิน ๕๐ ปี เป็นส่วนมากขาดความรู้ความเข้าใจในการดำเนินธุรกิจ ไม่มีการจัดทำบัญชีที่ถูกต้องทำให้ไม่สามารถรับรู้รายได้รายจ่ายที่แท้จริง เงินทุนไม่เพียงพอขาดเงินทุนหมุนเวียนเงินทุนในการสร้างหรือปรับปรุงโรงเรือน  อาคารสถานที่ประกอบการไม่สมบูรณ์วัสดุอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ในการผลิตไม่ทันสมัยและได้มาตรฐาน การนำระบบการจัดการเชิงเครือข่ายที่มีผลต่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนของวิสาหกิจ ซึ่งประกอบด้วย การรับรู้มุมมองร่วมกัน การมีวิสัยทัศน์ร่วมกัน การเกิดผลประโยชน์และความสนใจร่วมกัน การมีส่วนร่วมของสมาชิกเครือข่ายอย่างกว้างขวาง การเสริมสร้างซึ่งกันและกัน การพึ่งพิงอิงร่วมกัน และการปฏิสัมพันธ์เชิงแลกเปลี่ยน ทำให้เกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงในด้านการจัดการเชิงเครือข่ายของวิสาหกิจผ้าทอในระดับที่ดีขึ้น

Abstract

The policy in promotion and development of local enterprise to have income and try to protect local wisdom. A group of community enterprises were started from inside families, and there more members who interested in woven. After created a group of community enterprises created produces by using the local cognitive. There had considered to each other, planning, resolving problem to clear and for group or community productions and for developing products of group. Most of members in group are aging members. In case of sustainable marketing: the processes can make us to know the potentiality in community enterprises management. For money support to reconstruct for new building or repair building. And another was instruments are not high technology and not standard enough. The local enterprise group had using system of network’s management for sustainable development as follow; Common Perception, Common Vision, Mutual Interests/Benefits, All Stakeholders Participation, Complementary Relationship, Interdependence and Interaction. Those was using to change and develop network’s Woven Enterprises be better.
