บทคัดย่อ

          บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อแสดงองค์ความรู้อันจะเป็นแนวทางในการนำไปพัฒนาศักยภาพและคุณลักษณะของครูที่เน้นด้านคุณธรรมและจริยธรรมเชิงพุทธ เป็นการชี้ให้เห็น   ถึงความสำคัญของความเป็นครูที่ต้องตระหนักถึงบทบาทและหน้าที่ที่ต้องประกอบไปด้วยคุณธรรมจริยธรรม อันจะเป็นการป้องกันไม่ให้เกิดปัญหาหรือบกพร่องในหน้าที่และจิตสำนึกของความเป็นครูที่พึงมี ช่วยเสริมสร้างคุณค่าของความเป็นครูในยุคใหม่ ที่จะต้องมีการปรับเปลี่ยนวิถีชีวิตตามบทบาทหน้าที่ตามกระแสของสังคมได้อย่างถูกต้องและเหมาะสม โดยประเด็นที่น่าสนใจ คือ การนำหลักพุทธธรรมทางพระพุทธศาสนามาประยุกต์ใช้เป็นแนวทางในการตระหนักและสร้างคุณค่าของความเป็นครูให้เกิดความชัดเจนและตอบสนองกับการเรียนการสอนในศตวรรษที่ 21 และเป็นบุคคลตัวอย่างที่ดีของนักเรียน สร้างความเชื่อมั่น ความเคารพนับถือ และเป็นแม่พิมพ์ของชาติได้อย่างภาคภูมิใจ

Abstracts

           The purpose of this article is to show the knowledge which will be a guideline to develop the potential and characteristics of teachers who emphasize the moral and ethical principles of Buddhism. Is an indication of the importance of being a teacher who must be aware of the roles and duties that must be composed of morality and ethics This will prevent problems or deficiencies in the duties and consciousness of being a teacher. Help strengthen the value of being a teacher in the new era That must be adjusted to the way of life according to the current trend of society correctly and appropriately. In which the interesting issue is the application of Buddhist principles in Buddhism as a guideline for recognizing and creating values of being a teacher to be clear and responsive to teaching in the 21^st century and to be a good role model of students. Build confidence, respect and is the pride of the nation.
