การมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของประชาชนต่อการเลือกตั้ง สมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎร (ส.ส.) ในจังหวัดแพร่

บทคัดย่อ

     การศึกษาวิจัยเรื่องนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนต่อการเลือกตั้งสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎรในจังหวัดแพร่ 2) เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาอุปสรรคและแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนต่อการเลือกตั้งสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎรในจังหวัดแพร่

     วิจัยครั้งนี้ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบผสม มีการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ รวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยการแจกแบบสอบถามมีประชากรจำนวน 398 คน และการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพเก็บข้อมูลด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก มีจำนวน 9 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์คำถามปลายเปิดที่แสดงปัญหาอุปสรรคและข้อเสนอแนะ และข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์ใช้เทคนิควิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา

     ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การศึกษาระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนต่อการเลือกตั้งในจังหวัดแพร่ โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และรายด้านพบว่า ด้านการใช้สิทธิเลือกตั้ง อยู่ในระดับมาก และค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด ด้านการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมทางการเมืองอยู่ในระดับน้อย ส่วนผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลปัญหาอุปสรรคการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนต่อการเลือกตั้ง ได้แก่ การติดตามข่าวสารจากสื่อโทรทัศน์ และสื่อโซเชียล มีบางกลุ่มสร้างกระแสข่าวปลอมขึ้นให้ประชาชนเกิดความเข้าใจในทางที่ผิดได้, และข้อเสนอแนะพบว่า ควรเปิดเวทีแสดงความคิดของประชาชนระดับตำบล อำเภอ และจังหวัด เพื่อลดการเอาเปรียบและการกระทำ 2 มาตรฐานในการหาเสียงเลือกตั้ง  

ABSTRACT

     This research has two objectives, which are 1) to study the level of people’s Political participation towards the election of the House of Representatives (MP) in Phrae Province 2) to study the problems, obstacles, and ways to solve the problems of people’s Political participation towards the election of the House of Representatives (MP) in Phrae Province.

     This research uses mixed methods research, consisting of quantitative research by collecting data by distributing questionnaires from 398 peoples and the qualitative research were collected by the In Depth Interview from 9 persons. The statistics used for data analysis are Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation and analysis of open-ended questions that show obstacles and Suggest. And the data from the interview, data analysis using Content Analysis Technique

     The results of the research were found the level of public participation on the general election are at a moderate level. When considering each aspect found that Exercise of voting rights at a high level and the lowest average Regarding participation in political activities at a low level. Results of data analysis of problems and obstacles and suggestions for solving public participation in the elections found that the following news from television and social media. There are some groups that create fake news to mislead people to misunderstand. As for the suggestions, it is found that should open the forum to show the opinion of people at the sub-district, district and province to reduce the exploitation and the double standard actions in the election campaign.
