บทคัดย่อ

           มนุษยสัมพันธ์เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการดำเนินชีวิต ทุกคนสามารถฝึกการมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์
ที่ดีได้ เพราะมนุษยสัมพันธ์เป็นสิ่งที่เกิดจากการเรียนรู้ไม่ได้เกิดขึ้นเองตามธรรมชาติ ผู้บริหาร ครู ผู้ปกครอง หรือผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเด็ก โดยเฉพาะเด็กปฐมวัยควรส่งเสริมพื้นฐานการมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดีให้มากเพื่อให้เกิดทักษะในการสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีในอนาคต จึงเป็นหน้าที่ของทุกฝ่ายที่ต้องช่วยกันส่งเสริมการมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดีให้กับเด็กอย่างถูกต้อง เพราะเป็นพื้นฐานสำคัญอย่างหนึ่งที่ทำให้เด็กสามารถดำเนินชีวิตในสังคมได้อย่างเหมาะสมและมีความสุข ผู้เขียนได้ศึกษาและเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากผลงานของนักเขียนหลายๆ ท่าน พอสรุปได้ว่าการส่งเสริมเด็กไทยให้มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี มีสาระความรู้และแนวความคิดต่างๆ ดังนี้ 1) ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี 2) มนุษยสัมพันธ์สำคัญต่อเด็กไทยอย่างไร 3) องค์ประกอบและหลักการส่งเสริมมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี 4) มนุษยสัมพันธ์มีประโยชน์ต่อเด็กไทยอย่างไร 5) มนุษยสัมพันธ์กับการศึกษาในสังคมไทย 7) มนุษยสัมพันธ์ในชีวิตประจำวัน และ 8) แนวทางการสร้างมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดีให้กับเด็ก รวมไปถึงบทสรุปตามแนวคิดของผู้เขียนเองในแต่ละหัวข้อ ซึ่งผู้เขียนหวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่าบทความวิชาการนี้จะเป็นจุดเริ่มต้นที่ก่อให้เกิดประโยชน์  ในการพัฒนาเด็กไทย สังคมไทย และประเทศชาติต่อไป
