สถานการณ์นิวนอร์มอลกับการบริหารสถานศึกษาแบบมีส่วนร่วมบนฐานทุนทางสังคม “บ้าน วัด โรงเรียน”

บทคัดย่อ

             จากสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดอย่างรุนแรงและรวดเร็วไปทั่วโลกของไวรัสโคโรนา โควิด-19 ทำให้ผู้ติดเชื้อมากกว่าสามสิบสามล้านคน และเสียชีวิตทั่วโลกแล้วร่วมหนึ่งล้านคน มีผลกระทบทุกภาคส่วนของสังคมโลก บริบทการใช้ชีวิตในสังคมก็เปลี่ยนไปอย่างเดิมอย่างสิ้นเชิงการดำเนินชีวิตในบริบทสังคมโลกก็เปลี่ยนไป เพราะทุกครอบครัว ทุกชีวิตก็มีมาตรการการรักษาชีวิตปกป้องป้องกันตัวเองจากการติดเชื้อไวรัสโควิด -19 จึงมีนิยามศัพท์ใหม่ในบริบทของสังคมโลกคือความปกติใหม่หรือที่เรียกติดปากว่า นิวนอร์มอล (New Normal) ในการใช้ชีวิตดำเนินธุรกิจ ธุรกรรมต่างๆในชีวิตมีเป้าหมายเหมือนเดิมเพียงแต่มีการใช้ชีวิตที่ต่างจากเดิม  ซึ่งหากเปรียบเทียบสถาการณ์ทั่วทั้งโลกกับประเทศไทยแล้วถือได้ว่าระบบสาธารณสุขของประเทศไทยมีประสิทธิภาพในการดูแลป้องกันและบริหารจัดการอย่างดีมากเพราะมีจำนวนผู้ติดเชื้อโควิด-19 สะสมเพียง 3,545 คนและมีผู้เสียชีวิตเพียง 59 ศพ

             ดังนั้น สถานการณ์นิวนอร์มอลกับการบริหารสถานศึกษาแบบมีส่วนร่วมบนฐานทุนทางสังคมบ้าน วัด โรงเรียน ก็เป็นปกติรูปแบบใหม่ที่สะท้องเรื่องราวการบริหารจัดการสถานศึกษา การเรียนการสอนในบริบทปัจจุบันที่ก่อให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพในการจัดการเรียนการสอนที่มีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนที่ดีของนักเรียน นักเรียนมีความสุขกับการเรียน พ่อแม่ผู้ปกครองสบายใจ ชุมชนมีประสิทธิภาพในการบริหารจัดการที่ดีต่อสถานศึกษาอันเกิดจากความร่วมมือเป็นอันหนึ่งอันเดียวกันโดยมีเป้าหมายร่วมกันคือผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียน ส่วนบุคลากรทางการศึกษาและผู้ปกครองก็ปลอดภัยจากโรคระบาด งานปกติที่ทำก็มีประสิทธิภาพ  คนสำราญ งานสัมฤทธิ์ โดยมีข้อจำกัดในการเรียนการสอนอีกประการคือป้องกันการติดเชื้อโควิด-19 ด้วย

Business life Transactions in life have the same goal, but they have a different life. Comparing the global situation with Thailand, the public health system in Thailand can be very effective in the prevention and management of the disease because there are only 3,545 cases of COV-19 and deaths.                  Therefore, the situation in New Normal and participatory school management based on social capital, Ban, Wat, Rongrean, is also a new type of normal that manages the school management. Teaching and learning in the current context that is effective in teaching and learning with good academic achievement of students. Students are happy with their studies. Parents feel at ease. The community is efficient in managing good to the school due to the unity of cooperation with the common goal of student achievement. Educational personnel and parents are safe from epidemics. Normal work is also effective, people get pleasure, achievement work, with another teaching restriction is also to prevent the infection of the covid-19.
