บทคัดย่อ

          บทความนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อพัฒนาและประเมินรูปแบบภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงเพื่อการบริหารจัดการกลุ่มและการสร้างความเข้มแข็งในการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจชุมชนบนพื้นที่สูงของกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์ในพื้นที่จังหวัดน่าน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ ผู้นำกลุ่มในชุมชน จำนวน 40 คน ดำเนินการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์ และแบบสนทนากลุ่มย่อย ผลการศึกษาพบว่า

          รูปแบบภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงเพื่อการบริหารจัดการกลุ่มและการสร้างความเข้มแข็งในการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจชุมชนบนพื้นที่สูงของกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์ในพื้นที่จังหวัดน่าน
ได้แก่ “M-PED Model” ประกอบด้วย การบริหารจัดการกลุ่มที่หลากหลาย (Multi-Management) การสร้างความเข้มแข็งของผู้นำกลุ่ม (Potential) การสร้างความเข้มแข็งให้กับชุมชน (Empowerment) และการส่งเสริมพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจชุมชน (Development) รูปแบบ  ที่พัฒนาขึ้น ถือเป็นสิ่งสำคัญมากที่ควรดำเนินการ ผู้นำกลุ่มสามารถที่จะบริหารจัดการกลุ่ม   ในการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจชุมชนที่หลากหลาย สร้างความเข้มแข็งของผู้นำกลุ่ม และความเข้มแข็งให้กับชุมชน และการส่งเสริมพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจชุมชน สู่ความยั่งยืนและพึ่งพาตนเองได้ในที่สุด 

Abstract

          This article aimed to develop and evaluate the transformational leadership model for group management and strong building in the community economic development on the hill tribe of ethnic groups in Nan provincial area. The sample groups used in the study were 40 group leaders in the community and the data collected by using questionnaires, interviews and small group discussion. The study found that.

           The transformational leadership model for group management and the strong building of community in economic development on the hill tribe ethnic groups in Nan Provincial area was the "M-PED Model" consisting of Multi-Management, Potential, Empowerment, Development. The model had developed that was a very importance to implementation. The group leaders could be group managed in community economic development in various fields, made strong building of group leader and community, the promotion the community economic development to be sustainable and relying on oneself.
