บทคัดย่อ

          บทความนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อสร้างชุดกิจกรรมเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการพูดในที่ชุมชนของผู้นำนักเรียนโรงเรียนโกวิทธำรงเชียงใหม่โดยใช้กระบวนการค่ายนักพูด ที่มีประสิทธิภาพ 80/80 2) เพื่อศึกษาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการพูดก่อนและหลังการใช้ชุดกิจกรรมเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะ การพูดในที่ชุมชน ของผู้นำนักเรียนโรงเรียนโกวิทธำรงเชียงใหม่โดยใช้กระบวนการค่ายนักพูด กลุ่มตัวอย่าง เป็นผู้นำนักเรียน จำนวน 12 คน เป็นงานวิจัยเชิงทดลอง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ชุดกิจกรรมเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการพูดในที่ชุมชนของผู้นำนักเรียนโรงเรียนโกวิทธำรงเชียงใหม่ โดยใช้กระบวนการค่ายนักพูดที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น จำนวน 4 ชุด ได้แก่ ชุดกิจกรรมเรื่องการพูดแนะนำตัวในที่ชุมชน ชุดกิจกรรมเรื่องการพูดโดยการอ่านจากต้นฉบับ ชุดกิจกรรม เรื่องการพูดแสดงความคิดเห็น และชุดกิจกรรมเรื่องการพูดในฐานะพิธีกรในงานต่าง ๆ ของโรงเรียน แบบประเมินทักษะการพูดในที่ชุมชนเพื่อวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการพูดในที่ชุมชน โครงการค่ายนักพูด และแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ จำนวน 4 แผน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาประสิทธิภาพของชุดกิจกรรมเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการพูดในที่ชุมชน ตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 และเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการพูดด้วยสถิติที (t-test) สถิติที่ใช้คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที (T - test dependent)

          ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ชุดกิจกรรมเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการพูดในที่ชุมชนของผู้นำนักเรียนโรงเรียนโกวิทธำรงเชียงใหม่โดยใช้กระบวนการค่ายนักพูด มีประสิทธิภาพสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้ 80/80 โดยมีประสิทธิภาพเท่ากับ 93.00/92.00 2) ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการพูดก่อนและหลังการใช้ชุดกิจกรรมเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะ การพูดในที่ชุมชนของผู้นำนักเรียนโรงเรียนโกวิทธำรงเชียงใหม่ โดยใช้กระบวนการค่ายนักพูด มีคะแนนที (t-test) เท่ากับ -14.782 มีความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ 0.01

Abstract

          The objectives of this article were 1) to develop exercise package developing public speaking of student leaders at Kowitthamrong School Chiang Mai by using speech camp activity following the 80/80 efficiency standard and 2) to examine the pre- and post achievement using kid speech activity developing public speaking skills of student leaders at Kowitthamrong School Chiang Mai. It was experimental study The samples were 12 student leaders while the research instruments were 4 exercise packages developing public speaking skills by using speech camp activity entitled Self-introduction in Public Speaking, Speaking by Script, Speaking, Expressing Opinion, and MC for School Activities, public speaking evaluation form, and 4 learning management plans. The data was analyzed to identify the efficiency of the exercise package developing public speaking skills of student leaders underlying the 80/80 standard criteria. The statistics for data analysis were percentage, mean and standard deviation while t-test was calculated for speaking skills achievement comparison. The results showed that: 1) The exercise package developing public speaking skills of student leaders at Kowitthamrong School Chiang Mai by using speech camp activity showed the efficiency scores at 93.00/92.00 which were higher than the 80/80 standard. 2) The pre- and post-public speaking achievements of student leaders at Kowitthamrong School Chiang Mai by using speech camp activity showed the t-test at -14.782 at the significance level of 0.01.
