การพัฒนาศักยภาพครูในการพัฒนาความสามารถการอ่านออกเขียนได้ของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1 โดยใช้ชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพและสื่อดิจิทัล

บทคัดย่อ

           บทความนี้ มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาในการจัดการเรียนรู้ด้านการอ่านออกเขียนได้ของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1 โดยใช้ชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพและสื่อดิจิทัล 2) หาแนวทางในการพัฒนาศักยภาพครูในการพัฒนาความสามารถการอ่านออกเขียนได้ของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1 โดยใช้ชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ และสื่อดิจิทัล 3) พัฒนาศักยภาพครูในการพัฒนาความสามารถการอ่านออกเขียนได้ของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1 โดยใช้ชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพและสื่อดิจิทัล โดยใช้กระบวนการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูจำนวน 30 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือ แบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบประเมิน แบบสังเกต การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้การวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหาและค่าสถิติพื้นฐาน ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าร้อยละความก้าวหน้า

           ผลวิจัยพบว่า

           1. สภาพและปัญหาในการจัดการเรียนรู้ด้านการอ่านออกเขียนได้ของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1 พบว่า ครูขาดสื่อการเรียนรู้ วิธีการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่มีประสิทธิภาพ ขาดเทคนิคการสอนใหม่ ๆ รวมทั้งครูบางคนยังไม่เคยมีประสบการณ์การสอนภาษาไทยมาก่อน ไม่มีโอกาสได้ปรึกษาหารือแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ประสบการณ์การสอนกับเพื่อนครูที่สอนในกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ภาษาไทยระดับชั้นเดียวกัน เนื่องจากครูยังขาดการปรึกษาหารือวางแผนร่วมกันในการแก้ปัญหาเรื่องการอ่านและการเขียนของนักเรียนอย่างจริงจัง ส่วนด้านนักเรียน พบสภาพปัญหาว่า นักเรียนยังมีปัญหาการอ่านออกเขียนได้

           2. แนวทางในการพัฒนาศักยภาพครูในการพัฒนาความสามารถการอ่านออกเขียนได้ของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1 โดยใช้ชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพและสื่อดิจิทัล ได้ดำเนินการ 2 วงรอบ โดยใช้แนวทางในการพัฒนา 3 คือ การจัดอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ การใช้ชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ (PLC) และการนิเทศภายใน

           3. ผลการพัฒนาศักยภาพครูในการพัฒนาความสามารถการอ่านออกเขียนได้ของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1 โดยใช้ชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพและสื่อดิจิทัล ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1 พบว่า ครูผู้สอนสามารถพัฒนาความสามารถด้านการอ่านการเขียนของนักเรียนเพิ่มขึ้น และนักเรียนมีความสามารถในการอ่านออกเขียนได้หลังการพัฒนาสูงกว่าก่อนพัฒนา

Abstract

          The purposes of this article were 1) to investigate the current states and problems in literacy learning management of grade 1 students using professional learning communities and digital media, 2) to seek for guidelines to develop teachers' competence in developing the literacy ability of grade 1 students using professional learning communities and digital media and 3) to develop monitor effects of teachers' competence in developing the literacy ability of grade 1 students using professional learning communities and digital media via action research. The sample consisted of 30 teachers .The instruments used a form of interview, a set of questionnaires, a form of interview, a form of observation. Content analysis was employed to analyze qualitative data. Statistics used to analyze quantitative data were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Percentage of Progress.

           The findings were as follows

           1. The states and problems in literacy learning management of grade 1 students found that teachers lacked the knowledge and ability to use technology or prepare digital media, and new teaching techniques. They did not have opportunities to discuss, and exchange, the experiences their colleagues. In addition, the students lacked the literacy.

           2. The guidelines in the teachers’ potentiality development in literacy development of grade 1 students using professional learning community and digital media were conducted in 2 spirals comprising: 1) a workshop, 2) professional learning community, and 3) internal supervision.

            3. The effects of the teachers' potential development in literacy development of grade 1 students using the professional learning community and digital media showed that the teachers were competent to develop the first grade students literacy abilities. The students had literacy ability more than they had before the development.
