ศึกษารูปแบบการพัฒนาศักยภาพครูพระสอนศีลธรรมในโรงเรียนจังหวัดเชียงใหม่

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

           การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 3 ประการคือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาองค์ความรู้และวิเคราะห์รูปแบบพัฒนาศักยภาพครูพระสอนศีลธรรม 2) เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบศักยภาพครูพระสอนศีลธรรมแบบบูรณาการในโรงเรียน 3) เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางและขยายผลรูปแบบในการพัฒนารูปแบบศักยภาพครูพระสอนศีลธรรมแบบบูรณาการในโรงเรียนจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ เป็นการวิจัยผสานวิธีทั้งการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการ (Action Research) โดยใช้การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research) และการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ (Quantitative Research) กับเครือข่ายครูพระสอนศีลธรรมในโรงเรียนจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ โดยการลงพื้นที่สำรวจ จำนวน 25 อำเภอ ในเขตพื้นที่จังหวัดเชียงใหม่

            ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

             องค์ความรู้และวิเคราะห์รูปแบบพัฒนาศักยภาพครูพระสอนศีลธรรม การดำเนินงานเพื่อการพัฒนารูปแบบโครงการครูพระสอนศีลธรรมในโรงเรียนนั้นใช้รูปแบบจากแนวคิดและหลักการในการทำงานของครูพระสอนศีลธรรมในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ดังนี้ 1.  รูปแบบการปรับปรุงโครงสร้างในการบริหาร  2.  รูปแบบแนวคิดการดำเนินโครงการ  3.  รูปแบบการจัดการแบบมีส่วนร่วมกับการสร้างทีมงาน 4.  รูปแบบการกระตุ้นให้เกิดความร่วมมือ (Mobilizing Commitment) 5.  รูปแบบการเปลี่ยนแปลงวิสัยทัศน์เป็นการกระทำ (Shaping a Vision)  การพัฒนารูปแบบศักยภาพครูพระสอนศีลธรรมแบบบูรณาการในโรงเรียนจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ การศึกษารูปแบบการพัฒนาศักยภาพครูพระสอนศีลธรรมในโรงเรียนจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ด้านวิธีการในการถ่ายทอด ในการจัดกิจกรรม ความเหมาะสมของหลักสูตร จัดทำเป็นแนวทางเกี่ยวกับรูปแบบการพัฒนาศักยภาพครูพระสอนศีลธรรม  แนวทางและขยายผลรูปแบบศักยภาพครูพระสอนศีลธรรมแบบบูรณาการในโรงเรียนจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ มีแนวทางการพัฒนารูปแบบศักยภาพ 2 แนวทาง ดังนี้ 1)  แนวทางการพัฒนารูปแบบศักยภาพการศึกษาของพระสอนศีลธรรม 2) แนวทางการพัฒนาศักยภาพรูปแบบการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ องค์ความรู้ของครูพระสอนศีลธรรมที่นำไปใช้ประโยชน์ที่ได้จากการวิจัยค้นพบความรู้ใหม่ที่เป็นรูปแบบความสัมพันธ์ขององค์ประกอบหลัก 4 องค์ประกอบ คือ 1. แนวคิดและหลักการในการทำงานของครูพระสอนศีลธรรมในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ 2. การศึกษารูปแบบการพัฒนาศักยภาพครูพระสอนศีลธรรม 3. รูปแบบวิธีการที่เป็นกลยุทธ์การสอนในโรงเรียน 4. การพัฒนารูปแบบศักยภาพครูพระสอนศีลธรรม

Abstract

           This research has 3 objectives: 1) to study the body of knowledge and analyze the model for developing moral teachers 'potential; 2) to develop a model of integrated moral teachers' potential in schools; 3) to propose guidelines and Expand the model for developing an integrated moral teacher model in Chiang Mai school.This research combines methods of action research using qualitative research and quantitative research. (Quantitative Research) with a network of morality teachers in schools in Chiang Mai By visiting 25 districts in the area of Chiang Mai ProvinceThe results of the research were as follows:The body of knowledge and analysis of the development of moral teachers' potential The operation for the development of the moral teacher project in the school is based on the concepts and principles of the moral teachers' work in Chiang Mai, as follows: 1.
