การจัดการศึกษาตามแนวคิดมอนเทสซอรี่ของโรงเรียนนานาชาติมอนเทสซอรี่เชียงใหม่

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

          การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการจัดการศึกษาตามแนวคิดมอนเทสซอรี่ และแนวทางการพัฒนา  การจัดการศึกษาตามแนวคิดมอนเทสซอรี่ของโรงเรียนนานาชาติมอนเทสซอรี่เชียงใหม่ ประชากร ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร ครู และผู้ปกครองเด็กอนุบาล จำนวน 40 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม และการสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา

           ผลการวิจัยพบว่าสภาพการจัดการศึกษาตามแนวคิดมอนเทสซอรี่ของโรงเรียนนานาชาติมอนเทสซอรี่เชียงใหม่ ด้านการบริหารและการจัดการ ด้านการจัดประสบการณ์ และด้านคุณลักษณะเด็ก อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน แนวทางการพัฒนาการจัดการศึกษาตามแนวคิดมอนเทสซอรี่ของโรงเรียนนานาชาติมอนเทสซอรี่เชียงใหม่ ด้านการบริหารและการจัดการ คือสถานศึกษาควรนำผลจากการประเมิน และผลการนิเทศการจัดการเรียนรู้มาใช้ในการเลื่อนเงินเดือนและค่าตอบแทนพิเศษ ควรนำหลักสูตรมอนเทสซอรี่มาวิเคราะห์บริบทที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างรอบคอบ ควรปรับเปลี่ยนวิธีการสอนในช่วงสถานการณ์การระบาดของโรคโควิด 19 เป็นรูปแบบออนไลน์ และนำเทคโนโลยีมาช่วยในการเรียนรู้ให้มากขึ้น ควรจัดประชุมอบรมให้ความรู้กับผู้ปกครอง และส่งเสริมให้มีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินการของโรงเรียนมากขึ้น ด้านการจัดประสบการณ์ ควรจัดการเรียนการสอนให้เด็กแบบรายบุคคลในช่วงอายุต่ำกว่า 4 ปี และรายกลุ่มย่อยเมื่อเด็กมีอายุ 4 ปีขึ้นไป  ด้านคุณลักษณะเด็ก สถานศึกษา ควรจัดประสบการณ์ให้เด็กมีสิทธิและเสรีภาพในการเรียนรู้ ควรจัดกิจกรรมและประสบการณ์ทั้งในและนอกห้องเรียน และควรมีนักจิตวิทยาประจำโรงเรียนเพื่อช่วยเหลือและแก้ไขปัญหาเด็ก พร้อมทั้งสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ตามหลักการมอนเทสซอรี่ในช่วงเวลาหลักของชีวิต

Abstract

          This research aims to study the Educational Management according to Montessori Concept, and to study developing methods on educational management according to Montessori Concept of Montessori International Schools, Chiang Mai. Populations are 40 executives, teachers, and parents of kindergarten children. The data is gathered by questionnaire and interview then it is analyzed by searching for average, standard deviation, and the content analysis

Research result found that states of educational management according to Montessori Concept of Montessori International Schools, Chiang Mai, regarding the administration and management, experience arrangement, and children characteristics are at high level for all. Methods and means to develop educational management according to Montessori Concept of Montessori International Schools, Chiang Mai are as follow. For administration and management, educational institutions should take results of evaluation and supervision on the learning management to apply for salary promotion and rewards. Also, they should take Montessori program to cautiously analyze the relevant contexts, change the teaching methods during COVID-19 epidemic situation into online platform, use technology to gain the support of learning, provide meeting of educational training for parents, and promote more participation of school operation. For experience management, they should provide individual learning for children under 4 year-old, and arrange sub-group learning for children at 4-year old or higher. For children characteristics, educational institutions should arrange experience upon children’s rights and freedom of learning. They should provide both in class and extracurricular activities and experiences. Moreover, there should be school psychologist to assist children and solve their problems as well as support the learning in accordance with Montessori principle during major period of their life.
