การสร้างสรรค์พัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัยในยุคไทยแลนด์ 4.0

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

         ไทยแลนด์ 4.0  เป็นแผนการปฏิรูปโครงสร้างทางเศรษฐกิจ ที่รัฐใช้เป็นแนวทางในการขับเคลื่อน   เพื่อนำพาประเทศไปสู่ “ความมั่นคง มั่งคั่ง และยั่งยืน” ตามยุทธศาสตร์ชาติ 20 ปี (พ.ศ. 2560-2579)การขับเคลื่อนครั้งนี้จะต้องปฏิรูปหลายด้านด้วยกัน โดยเฉพาะด้านการศึกษา  เพราะจะช่วยทำให้โมเดล ไทยแลนด์ 4.0 ไปถึงจุดหมายอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ  เนื่องจากการศึกษาที่ดีมีคุณภาพจะเป็นรากฐานสำคัญ ในการพัฒนาในทุกด้าน  ดังนั้นการเตรียมความพร้อมทางการศึกษาเริ่มตั้งแต่ในวัยเด็กปฐมวัยจึงถือได้ว่า เป็นสิ่งสำคัญที่จะนำพาประเทศชาติไปสู่เป้าหมายที่กำหนดไว้  สำหรับการพัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัยในยุคไทยแลนด์  4.0  สถานศึกษา และผู้สอน จำเป็นจะต้องพัฒนาเด็กให้สามารถสร้างผลงานหรือนวัตกรรมได้ ซึ่งการพัฒนาเด็กให้มีคุณลักษณะที่สำคัญในการที่จะสร้างสรรค์ผลงานหรือนวัตกรรมได้จะต้องพัฒนาตั้งแต่ การคิดวิเคราะห์ การคิดสร้างสรรค์  และการคิดผลิตภาพ ทั้งนี้ในการพัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัยให้มีคุณลักษณะดังกล่าว ควรพัฒนาให้เด็กสร้างองค์ความรู้ด้วยตนเองจากการลงมือกระทำ ได้ปฏิบัติจริง และนำความรู้ไปสู่การสร้างสรรค์เป็นชิ้นงานหรือผลงานได้  โดยแนวทางการสร้างสรรค์พัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัยในยุคไทยแลนด์ 4.0 สถานศึกษาและผู้สอนสามารถทำได้หลากหลายวิธีการด้วยกัน  เช่น  การใช้ Coding, การใช้ Board Game, การพัฒนาทักษะ EF, Stem Education, Steam Education, การสอนโดยใช้ Project  Approach, การใช้สื่อดิจิทัล, การใช้คำถาม, การจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก, การจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้ปัญหาเป็นฐาน เป็นต้น

Abstract

          Thailand 4.0 is the plan of economic structural reform. The government uses this plan as a guideline to lead the country towards "security, prosperity and sustainability" according to the 20-year national strategy (2017-2036). This movement will require many reforms, especially in education because it will help the model to reach its destination efficiently. This is because good quality education is a cornerstone in all areas of development. Therefore, educational preparation that starts from early childhood is important to lead the nation towards the set goals. For the development of early childhood in Thailand 4.0 era, educational institutions and teachers need to develop children to be able to create works or innovations. Developing children to have important attributes in order to create works or innovations must be developed from analytical thinking, creative thinking, and productive thinking. In the development of early childhood children to have such characteristics, children should be developed to build their own body of knowledge by doing. The children actually practiced and they can bring knowledge to create work. For the creative approaches to develop early childhood in Thailand 4.0 era, schools and teachers can use a variety of methods including coding, using board games, EF skills development, stem education, steam education, project approach, digital media, question, active learning, problem-based learning, etc.
