บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพทั่วไปต่อการส่งเสริมการปกครองคณะสงฆ์ อำเภอเมืองนครนายก 2) เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นต่อการส่งเสริมการปกครองคณะสงฆ์ อำเภอเมืองนครนายก จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล 3) นำเสนอการประยุกต์หลักพุทธธรรมในการส่งเสริมการปกครองคณะสงฆ์ อำเภอเมืองนครนายก วิธีดำเนินการวิจัยแบบผสานด้วยวิจัยเชิงปริมาณและการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ เก็บข้อมูลจากประชากร 400 รูป ผู้ให้ข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์ จำนวน 9 รูปหรือคน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน t-test F-test การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาเชิงพรรณนา

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพทั่วไปต่อการส่งเสริมการปกครองคณะสงฆ์ อำเภอเมืองนครนายก การบริหารจัดการการส่งเสริมปกครองคณะสงฆ์เป็นไปด้วยความเรียบร้อยถูกต้อง เหมาะสม บริสุทธิ์ยุติธรรม เป็นไปตามหลักของพระธรรมวินัย กำหนดตำแหน่งหน้าที่สายการบังคับบัญชาในองค์การคณะสงฆ์ อย่างเหมาะสมกับคุณสมบัติ ความรู้ ความสามารถ มีความเข้าใจในเรื่องการปกครองคณะสงฆ์ให้ทันต่อยุคการเปลี่ยนแปลงของเทคโนโลยี ปกครองพระภิกษุสามเณร ตลอดจนคฤหัสถ์ที่อยู่ภายในวัดให้ประพฤติปฏิบัติตนให้ถูกต้องเรียบร้อยดีงาม ผู้มีหน้าที่บริหารปกครองวัดเป็นตัวจักรสำคัญในความเจริญของพระพุทธศาสนาและการพัฒนาวัดให้เป็นศูนย์กลางของชุมชน 2) การเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นต่อการส่งเสริมการปกครองคณะสงฆ์ อำเภอเมืองนครนายก พระสงฆ์ที่มีอายุ พรรษา ระดับการศึกษา ระยะเวลาดำรงตำแหน่ง ต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อการส่งเสริมการปกครองคณะสงฆ์ ไม่แตกต่างกัน 3) การนำเสนอการบูรณาการการประยุกต์หลักพุทธธรรมเพื่อส่งเสริมการปกครองคณะสงฆ์อำเภอเมืองนครนายก ด้วยการทำความดีต่อกัน สนับสนุนช่วยเหลือกัน รู้จักสัมมาคารวะไม่เบียดเบียนหรือรังแกกัน ไม่ทำร้ายกันให้ได้รับความทุกข์ การเข้าไปมีน้ำใจช่วยเหลือกันทางกายทั้งต่อหน้าและลับหลัง เห็นคุณค่าในตัวเพื่อนมนุษย์ ให้ความสนใจในความทุกข์สุขของผู้อื่น แสดงไมตรีและความหวังดีต่อเพื่อนร่วมวัด เพื่อนร่วมงาน ร่วมชุมชน ด้วยการช่วยเหลือกิจธุระต่าง ๆ โดยเต็มใจ แสดงออกด้วยกิริยาอาการสุภาพ การกระทำประโยชน์ให้กับส่วนรวม

Abstract

          The objectives of this research were 1) to study the general conditions towards the promotion of Sangha administration; Mueang Nakhon Nayok District. Mueang Nakhon Nayok District Classified by personal factors. Mueang Nakhon Nayok District How to conduct research that combines quantitative and qualitative research. Data were collected from a sample of 400 person. Interviewees were 9 photographs or persons. Data were collected using questionnaires and interview forms. Data were analyzed using statistics: percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test, in-depth interviews. Data were analyzed by descriptive content analysis.

          The results showed that: 1) The general condition towards the promotion of the Sangha government Mueang Nakhon Nayok District The management of the promotion and administration of the Sangha is orderly correct appropriate pure and fair according to the principles of Dharma and discipline Determine the positions and duties of the line of command in the Sangha organization appropriate to the qualifications knowledge ability understanding of the administration of the Sangha to keep up with the changing era of technology governing monks and novices as well as the layman inside the temple to behave properly and properly. The person who has the duty to administer the temple is an important wheel in the growth of Buddhism and the development of the temple to be the center of the community. 2) Comparison of opinions towards the promotion of Sangha government Mueang Nakhon Nayok District Buddhist monks with age education level Duration of office are different. There are opinions on promoting the administration of the Sangha. no difference. 3) The presentation of the integration of the application of Buddhist principles to promote the administration of the Sangha of Mueang Nakhon Nayok district by doing good to each other support each other Know how to respect each other without harassing or bullying each other. do not hurt each other to suffer Entering into kindness and helping each other physically both in front of and behind their backs see the value in fellow human beings take an interest in the welfare of others.
