Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

      บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์  ประการ คือ 1. เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจชุมชน ตำบลทุ่งกวาว อำเภอเมืองแพร่ จังหวัดแพร่ 2. เพื่อพัฒนานโยบายและยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจชุมชนตำบลทุ่งกวาว อำเภอเมืองแพร่ จังหวัดแพร่ 3. เพื่อเสนอนโยบายและยุทธศาสตร์ต่อประชาคมตำบลทุ่งกวาว อำเภอเมืองแพร่ จังหวัดแพร่ ซึ่งการวิจัยครั้งนี้ รูปแบบเป็นการวิจัยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research) เก็บรวมรวมข้อมูลโดยวิธีสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก (In Depth Interview) กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ผู้นำท้องที่และประชาชน จำนวน 15 คน ได้แก่ นายกเทศมนตรีเทศบาลตำบล, กำนัน, ผู้ใหญ่บ้าน, ผู้ประกอบการ และประชาชน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ได้แก่ การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก (In Depth Interview) การสนทนากลุ่มย่อย สัมภาษณ์และสนทนากลุ่ม

         ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

         1. ผลการการวิเคราะห์ ศึกษาปัญหาและการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจชุมชนตำบลทุ่งกวาว อำเภอเมืองแพร่ จังหวัดแพร่ จากการวิเคราะห์ SWOT สามารถนำมากำหนดทิศทางของประเด็นการพัฒนา ตำบลทุ่งกวาว โดยพบว่า ปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจชุมชน ประกอบด้วย ด้านงบประมาณ ด้านสภาวะทางเศรษฐกิจ ด้านการเข้ามาของเทคโนโลยี ด้านขาดความร่วมมือของคนในชุมชน

         2. พัฒนานโยบายและยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจชุมชนของตำบลทุ่งกวาว อำเภอเมืองแพร่ จังหวัดแพร่  ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความก้าวหน้าและนวัตกรรมของเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล ส่งผลต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงรูปแบบกระบวนการ โครงสร้างทางด้านกิจกรรมทางเศรษฐกิจและสังคมอย่างหลีกเลี่ยงไม่ได้

         3. เสนอนโยบายและยุทธศาสตร์ต่อประชาคมตำบลทุ่งกวาว อำเภอเมืองแพร่ จังหวัดแพร่. จากผลการนำเสนอ พบว่า โครงการจะต้องสอดคล้องกับความต้องการอันแท้จริงของ ประชาชนทั้งด้านเศรษฐกิจ สังคม และวัฒนธรรม มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ แก้ปัญหาของชุมชน หรือปรับปรุงความสุข ความเจริญได้ทั้งด้านเศรษฐกิจ สังคม และวัฒนธรรม ส่วนข้อเสนอแนะมีดังนี้

         ควรส่งเสริมให้ความรู้ใน ด้านทางเทคโนโลยี ปัจจุบันสภาวะเศรษฐกิจของประเทศไทยตกต่ำลง ทำให้ชุมชนขาดการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจชุมชนพึ่งพาตนเองด้านเทคโนโลยีการผลิต

ABSTRACT

            The objectives of this research study are: 1. To study the problems and economic development of the community, Thung Kwao Subdistrict, Muang Phrae District, Phrae Province, 2. To develop policies and strategies for community economic development in Thung Kwao Subdistrict, Muang Phrae District, Phrae Province, 3. To propose policies and strategies to the community of Thung Kwao Subdistrict, Muang Phrae District, Phrae Province. That's the research. The format is qualitative research, which collects data by in-depth interview method. The 15 members include the mayor of the parish municipality, Kamnan, chieftains, entrepreneurs and citizens. Tools used include in-depth interviews, small group conversations, interviews, and group discussions.

            The results showed that:

            1. Analysis results Study the problems and economic development of Thung Kwao subdistrict, Muang Phrae district, Phrae province from SWOT analysis can be used to determine the direction of development issues. It was found that problems with community economic development include budget, economic conditions, and technology inputs. Lack of community cooperation

            2. Develop policies and strategies for community economic development of Thung Kwao Subdistrict, Mueang Phrae District, Phrae Province. The results showed that advancements and innovations in digital technology It affects changes in process patterns. The structure of economic and social activity is inevitable.

            3. Propose policies and strategies to the community of Thung Kwao Subdistrict, Mueang Phrae District, Phrae Province. According to the results of the presentation, the project must be in line with the real needs of the people in terms of economy, society and culture, with the objective of solving community problems or improving happiness and prosperity both economically and economically. Society & Culture. The suggestions section is as follows:

            Knowledge in the field of technology should be encouraged. Currently, thailand's economic conditions are in decline. As a result, the community lacks economic development, the community is self-reliant on production technology.
