ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนเอกชนในจังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

          การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนเอกชนในจังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ 2) ศึกษาระดับของประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนเอกชนในจังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ 3) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิผลต่อประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนเอกชนในจังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอนของโรงเรียนเอกชนในจังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ จำนวน 291 คน จาก 32 โรงเรียน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามที่มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.97 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน

         ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

         1. ระดับของปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนเอกชนในจังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์อยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ดังนี้ การจัดการเรียนการสอนของครู ภาวะผู้นำเชิงดิจิทัล และการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน

         2. ระดับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนเอกชนในจังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์อยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ดังนี้ ความสามารถในการปรับตัวและพัฒนาโรงเรียน ความพึงพอใจในงานของครู และผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของผู้เรียน

         3. ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนเอกชนในจังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ คือ ภาวะผู้นำเชิงดิจิทัล การจัดการเรียนการสอนของครู และการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน มีประสิทธิภาพการทำนายร้อยละ 78.80 และสมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน  = .604(x₂) + .206(x₃) +  .175(x₁)

Abstract

          The researcher is therefore interested in studying factors effecting the effectiveness of private schools. The purposes of this research were to study 1) the level of factors effecting the effectiveness of private schools in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province  2) the level of the effectiveness of private schools in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province and 3) factors effecting the effectiveness of private schools in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province. The sample were 291 administrators and teachers of private schools in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province from 32 schools.

           The results of the research were as follows:

           1. level of factors effecting the effectiveness of private schools were at high level. Considering each side in descending order of averages as follows: learning management of teachers. digital Leadership and community participation.

           2.  The effectiveness of private schools were at a high level. Considering each side in descending order of averages as follows: ability to adapt and develop schools, teachers job satisfaction and academic achievement of learners.

            3.  Factors effecting the effectiveness of private schools in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province were digital leadership. learning management of teachers and community participation. It has a prediction efficiency of 78.80% and the prediction equation in the form of a standard score  = .604(x₂) + .206(x₃) +  .175(x₁)
