          รูปแบบการนิเทศแนวใหม่เป็นรูปแบบการนิเทศที่ใช้เป็นแนวทางช่วยเหลือ ส่งเสริมสนับสนุนให้ครูได้จัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้โครงงานเป็นฐานได้อย่างถูกวิธี ทำให้สามารถจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ให้ผู้เรียนประสบผลสำเร็จ ซึ่งรูปแบบการนิเทศแนวใหม่ที่พัฒนาขึ้นนี้ จะเป็นวิธีการพัฒนาทักษะการคิดจนเกิดความรู้ที่สร้างขึ้นด้วยตนเอง เชื่อมโยงสิ่งที่จะต้องเรียนรู้ใหม่เข้ากับความรู้เดิม และยังสามารถถ่ายทอดความรู้ให้ผู้อื่นได้เข้าใจความคิดของตนเองได้ดี โดยความรู้ที่สร้างขึ้นมานั้นยังจะเป็นรากฐานสำคัญที่ผู้เรียนสามารถสามารถสร้างความรู้ใหม่ได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง จึงทำให้ผู้เรียนต้องใช้ความคิดอย่างบูรณาการด้วยความกระตือรือร้น และความรับผิดชอบ เพื่อนำมาสร้างความคิดไปสร้างสรรค์ชิ้นงาน โดยรูปแบบการนิเทศประกอบไปด้วย 4 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ 1) การวางแผนสร้างความตระหนัก 2) การปฏิบัติการนิเทศ 3) การเสริมแรง และ 4) การขยายผลเพื่อการพัฒนา

Abstract
          The new supervision model is a model of supervision that is a guideline for helping, promoting and supporting teachers in managing Project based learning in a correct way. Enabling learning activities for learners to succeed This new from of supervision has been developed. It is a way to develop thinking skills until the knowledge created by oneself. Connect what is new to learning with prior knowledge. and also able to convey knowledge and understanding to others to understand their own ideas well. The knowledge created is also an important foundation that students can continuously create new knowledge, so student have to use integrated ideas. With enthusiasm and Responsibility to bring ideas and to create work. By from of supervision with 4 steps : 1) Awareness 2) Supervisory Operations, 3) Reinforcement and Evaluation, and 4) Expansion for Development.
