เศรษฐกิจโลกมีแนวโน้มหดตัวในปี 2564 จากการระบาดของโควิด-19 ในรอบใหม่ (รอบที่ 3) ส่งผลกระทบรุนแรง และยังมีโควิดสายพันธ์ใหม่คือสายพันธ์จากประเทศอังกฤษ ส่งผลต่อการบริโภค การผลิต การลงทุนรวม และการส่งออก ทำให้เศรษฐกิจหลายประเทศมีแนวโน้มเข้าสู่ภาวะเศรษฐกิจถดถอย โควิด-19 นอกจากจะสร้างผลกระทบกับธุรกิจและความเป็นอยู่ของคนทั่วโลก จนทำให้ผู้คนต้องเปลี่ยนแปลงวิถีชีวิตใหม่ “New Normal หรือความปกติใหม่” เรื่องสุขภาพ ใส่หน้ากากอนามัย พกเจลล้างมือ เพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงการแพร่ระบาดของเชื้อไวรัสแล้ว สภาพการผันผวนทางเศรษฐกิจที่ผ่านมาทำให้หลายธุรกิจต้องปิดตัว หรือต้องปรับลดค่าใช้จ่าย ตั้งแต่ลดเงินเดือนไปถึงการเลิกจ้างพนักงานทำให้ต้องปรับวิถีชีวิตเรื่องการออมเงินเสียใหม่ เพื่อรองรับกับเหตุการณ์ที่ไม่คาดฝันที่อาจเกิดขึ้นอีกเพราะไม่รู้ว่าจะดำเนินชีวิตและมีฐานการเงินปกติเหมือนเดิมได้

World economic have a tendency to reduce in year 2564 because of new Covid-19 spread (the 3^rd Cycle). There was worse impacted then it has new strain for England also. Therefore, it has been condition impact for consumer product and export. There were cause of national business become worse. Covid-19 event had impacted for business around the world until change our lives to “Ne Normal”. Though, for take care good health we should put mask take washing jell to protect from virus spreading. On the other hand, variation of taken business will be closed or must be reduce expenditure since salary until layoff staffs. Therefore, we have to adaptation for new saving to support situation as unexpected then could be comeback again. So that, we should have database expenditure formally.
