กลยุทธ์การสอนเพื่อการเรียนรู้แบบบูรณาการ ในปัจจุบันที่มีการระบาดของโรคติดต่อ (covic-19) การสอนเพื่อการเรียนรู้แบบบูรณาการต้องอาศัยผู้สอนที่มีความทันสมัย มีความเข้าใจในตัวผู้เรียน มีความพร้อมในการสอนที่ต้องอาศัยการผสมผสานในรูปแบบการสอนให้เหมาะสม ซึ่งมีการเรียนการสอนทั้งในรูปแบบการสอนแบบปกติ สื่อสารโดยตรงกับผู้เรียน และอีกหนึ่งรูปแบบคือการสอนในรูปแบบออนไลน์ ผู้สอนและผู้เรียนจึงต้องมีความตื่นตัวและเรียนรู้กับระบบการสอนในรูปแบบใหม่อยู่เสมอ โดยคุณลักษณะของผู้สอนประกอบไปด้วย 9 ลักษณะ ได้แก่ ผู้สอนทำหน้าที่เสมือนโค้ช ผู้สอนถ่ายทอดประสบการณ์และทักษะชีวิตให้กับผู้เรียน มีความเข้าใจความแตกต่างของผู้เรียน สามารถบูรณาการศาสตร์ในการเรียนการสอน เป็นผู้ที่ศึกษาเรียนรู้อยู่ตลอดเวลา มีความเชี่ยวชาญในสาขาวิชาชีพ รู้ทันเทคโนโลยี มีเทคนิคการสอนที่ทันสมัย และสามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นหรือสอนกันเป็นทีมได้
