Abstract

การจัดการเรียนรู้เป็นกระบวนการที่สำคัญในการนำหลักสูตรสู่การปฏิบัติในชั้นเรียนให้ผู้เรียนมีคุณภาพตามที่หลักสูตรกำหนด และเพื่อให้การจัดการเรียนรู้เกิดประสิทธิภาพสูงสุดในการพัฒนาผู้เรียน ผู้เขียนจึงได้นำเสนอหลักโยนิโสมนสิการซึ่งเป็นหลักการคิดที่ทรงคุณค่าในทางพระพุทธศาสนานำมาประยุกต์กับการจัดการเรียนรู้เพื่อเสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ให้แก่ผู้เรียน โดยเปิดโอกาสให้ผู้เรียนได้รู้สิ่งต่าง ๆ ตามกระบวนการเรียนรู้ที่เขาถนัด ร่วมกับกิจกรรมในชั้นเรียน ดังนั้น ครูผู้สอนจึงต้องมีความรู้ความเข้าใจในหลักการ แนวคิด และจุดเน้นที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดการเรียนรู้ตามหลักโยนิโสมนสิการเพื่อเสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ของผู้เรียน เพื่อให้สามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้กับกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ต่าง ๆ ได้ทั้งในและนอกสถานศึกษา สามารถสร้างเสริมคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ให้แก่ผู้เรียนทั้ง 8 ประการ นอกจากนี้ยังส่งผลต่อการพัฒนาจิตและการคิดอย่างถูกต้องและยังส่งผลต่อการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตไปในทางที่ดีงาม
