การพัฒนาแนวทางการจัดการเรียนรู้หลักสูตรสังคมศึกษาในยุค New normal

Abstract

บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอแนวคิดและแนวปฏิบัติสำหรับผู้สอนในการจัดการเรียนรู้หลักสูตรสังคมศึกษา ที่ผู้เรียนใช้ช่องทางและพื้นที่การเรียนรู้ที่หลากหลายตามธรรมชาติและความต้องการของผู้เรียนรายบุคคล เป็นการวิเคราะห์ สังเคราะห์และพัฒนาแนวคิดสำหรับการจัดการเรียนรู้วิชาสังคมศึกษา โดยเน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญตามหลักสูตรแกนกลางการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน พ.ศ.2551 เพื่อพัฒนาผู้เรียนให้มีความรู้และทักษะที่สอดคล้องกับทักษะการเรียนรู้ในศตวรรษที่ 21 เพราะเป็นสาระการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นการอยู่ร่วมกันในสังคมไทยและสังคมโลกอย่างสันติสุขการเป็นพลเมืองดี ศรัทธาในหลักธรรมของศาสนา รายวิชาสังคมศึกษาเป็นเพียงวิชาหนึ่งในหลักสูตร แต่มีสาระและหน่วยการเรียนรู้ที่ครอบคลุมการพัฒนาผู้เรียนที่สนองตอบจุดหมายของหลักสูตร หากกระบวนการจัดการเรียนรู้วิชาสังคมศึกษามีประสิทธิภาพก็จะแก้ปัญหาการจัดการศึกษาที่มีคุณภาพต่ำของประเทศได้ เพื่อพัฒนาประเทศตามยุทธศาสตร์ชาติ 4.0 ภายใน 20 ปี (พ.ศ. 2560–2579) อย่างแน่นอน

          เนื้อหาของบทความประกอบด้วย แนวทางการออกแบบการเรียนรู้สังคมศึกษา ปัจจัยเกื้อหนุนในการเรียนรู้สังคมศึกษา และการประเมินการเรียนรู้สังคมศึกษา การเรียนรู้สังคมศึกษา ในยุค New normal มี Platform และวิธีการเรียนรู้ที่หลากหลาย ตอบสนอง Passion ของผู้เรียน ทำให้ผู้เรียนใช้พื้นที่การเรียนรู้ของตนเอง 5 ประการ นำไปสู่การเรียนรู้เชิงลึก ซึ่งเป็นคุณภาพของการเรียนรู้ ผู้เรียนทุกคนมีพื้นที่การเรียนรู้ของตนเองในลักษณะรายบุคคล (Personalized learning) ผู้สอนเปิดพื้นที่การเรียนรู้อันมีคุณค่าให้กับผู้เรียน แทนการครอบครองไว้ที่ตนเองแต่เพียงผู้เดียว อันเป็นคุณค่าแท้ของการเรียนรู้ คือการนำสิ่งที่ได้เรียนรู้ไปทำประโยชน์ต่อส่วนรวม
