Abstract

การบริหารตามแนวพุทธธรรมที่นำไปสู่การปกครองที่ดี คือ การดำเนินการของผู้บริหาร ในการนำหลักธรรมที่ ปรากฏในพุทธวิธี มาสร้างเป็นแรงจูงใจผลักดันให้บุคลากรแสดงพฤติกรรมอย่างมีทิศทาง เพื่อบรรลุจุดมุ่งหมายหรือ เงื่อนไขที่ต้องการ พร้อมชักนำโน้มน้าว กระตุ้น สนับสนุน ส่งเสริมสร้างขวัญกำลังใจให้แก่บุคลากรทางการศึกษาให้ ปฏิบัติงานอย่างตั้งใจ เต็มใจ และทุ่มเท เพื่อทำให้งานเกิดประสิทธิภาพ และประสิทธิผล สามารถนำความรู้ และศักยภาพที่มี อยู่ออกมาใช้ให้เกิดประโยชน์อย่างสูงสุด สร้างเป็นแรงผลักนำองค์การให้ประสบความสำเร็จตามเป้าหมาย ดำเนินการไปอย่างรอบคอบ รอบด้าน ซึ่งผู้บริหารที่ดีต้องเป็นคนที่อดทนต่อแรงเสียดทานซึ่งมีมากกว่าในอดีต

The administration based on Buddha-Dhamma for a good governance is the operation of the executives in applying the Buddhist principles that appear in the administration techniques of the Buddha to create personnel motivation that result in directed behavior to achieve the purpose or desired condition.  The executives have to induce, persuade, stimulate, support, promote and create morale for educational personnel to perform work with determination, willingness and dedication to produce an efficient and effective work.  In addition, the executives have to provide them a chance to take advantage of their knowledge and potential to make the most of the benefits.  Finally, the organization will be forced to achieve its goals, proceed carefully, in all respects, where good executives must be more tolerant of friction than in the past.
