แนวทางการบริหารความขัดแย้งตามหลักพุทธธรรม

Abstract

แนวทางการบริหารความขัดแย้งใด ๆ จำเป็นอย่างยิ่งที่ต้องอาศัยพุทธธรรม มาประกอบการด้านการศึกษาในทุกระดับ เพราะการศึกษาเป็นรากฐานอันสำคัญยิ่งในการสร้างความมั่นคง และความเจริญก้าวหน้าของชาติ ถ้าการจัดการศึกษาของชาติมีคุณภาพก็หมายถึง ประชาชนในชาติมีคุณภาพตามไปด้วย ดังนั้นโรงเรียนจึงนับเป็นสถาบันทางการศึกษาที่สำคัญที่สุด และผู้บริหารโรงเรียนก็มีความสำคัญอย่างยิ่ง การที่ผู้บริหารจะบริหารงานบุคคลในโรงเรียนให้ได้ดี และมีประสิทธิภาพนั้น ผู้บริหารจะต้องมีความสามารถในการบริหารงานให้โรงเรียน มีการดำเนินงานในการจุดการศึกษาไอ้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ การที่ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนจะบริหารโรงเรียนให้มีประสิทธิภาพได้นั้น ผู้บริหารจะต้องเป็นบุคคลที่มีศักยภาพ โดยเฉพาะต้องเป็นบุคคลที่มีความรู้ความสามารถ มีทักษะ วิสัยทัศน์ จึงจะทำให้การบริหารงานบุคคลในโรงเรียนเกิดความสำเร็จ ตลอดจนมีผลสัมฤทธิ์สูง

Guideline all conflict administration must be have necessary dwell with Buddhadhamma for all level education. Because of education was important basic for steady creative and nation development. In addition, we can create good education means people in nation must be quality too. So, school had been the most educate institute and then administrators also must have been important and good management too. Therefore, administrators must be manage and control school then must have been education management with efficiency. The way as school administrators have done by management control, so that administrators should have an efficiency good knowledge good skill good vision until support them to be good administrator and necessary in school as well as more efficient.
