Abstract

รูปแบบการพัฒนาองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ตามหลักพุทธธรรมย่อมมีอิทธิพลต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงพฤติกรรมของมนุษย์ หากเราสามารถจัดแหล่งการเรียนรู้ให้ดี เราก็สามารถเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมของมนุษย์ให้เป็นไปในทางที่ดีได้โดยง่าย บรรยากาศและสภาพแวดล้อมของโรงเรียนมักมีอิทธิพลต่อจิตใจนักเรียนโรงเรียนที่มีบริเวณร่มรื่น น่าพักอาศัยมีอาคารที่สะอาด จัดไว้เป็นระเบียบสวยงาม ย่อมหล่อหลอมพฤติกรรมของนักเรียนให้ฝักใฝ่ในทางที่ดีโดยง่ายสถาบันการศึกษามีบทบาทหน้าที่และสำคัญมากในด้านการให้ความรู้ทางด้านวิชาการ และยังหล่อหลอม ลักษณะนิสัยที่ดีแก่นักเรียน และสิ่งอื่น ๆ ที่ช่วยให้ผู้เรียนสามารถดำเนินชีวิตในสังคมได้อย่างราบรื่น ผู้บริหาร ครู และผู้ปกครอง ได้ตระหนักถึงอิทธิพลของสิ่งแวดล้อม ต้องทำความเข้าใจและปรังปรุงให้สอดคลองกับสภาพต่างๆ ก็จะช่วยลดปัญหาต่างๆ ได้ในสังคมเพราะสิ่งแวดล้อมที่มีอิทธิพลสำหรับนักเรียนมากที่สุด คือ บ้าน โรงเรียน และเศรษฐกิจ

Model of Learning Organization Management According to Buddha Dhamma must be had influence to change for human behavior. If we can manage learning place that mean we could change human behavior to be easy way. The condition and environment of school must have the influence for students’ mental that absolutely place. It was set with clear and orderly then should cultivate students’ behavior convey to do good things easily. Education institute have important duty to give academic knowledge and then to cultivate good habit for them and others as help them can have ability for their lifestyle in social by smoothly. So that, administrator teachers and guardians have been aware for influence of environment. They must be making understanding and adjust all consistent with condition then ii will reduce problems in social because of influence and environment for students all the most house school and economy.
