เปรียบเทียบพุทธวิธีการสอนกับการเรียนรู้ในศตวรรษที่ 21

Abstract

พระบรมศาสดาในพระพุทธศาสนาทรงมีพุทธวิธีการสอนหรือการจัดกระบวนการเรียนรู้ที่มีความหลากหลายขึ้นอยู่กับผู้เรียนและสภาพแวดล้อม โดยทรงสอนจากสิ่งที่เข้าใจได้ง่ายไปหายากตามลำดับต่อเนื่องกันไป สอนด้วยของจริงให้ผู้เรียนได้ดู เห็น ฟัง เพื่อให้เกิดความเข้าใจเป็นประสบการณ์ตรงจากการปฏิบัติ ซึ่งการเรียนรู้ในศตวรรษที่ 21 เป็นการส่งเสริมทักษะการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต สามารถประยุกต์ใช้ความรู้ ทักษะ และประสบการณ์ให้เกิดประโยชน์ได้อย่างเหมาะสม จากการออกแบบกระบวนการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่ผู้สอนทำหน้าที่เป็นเพียงผู้อำนวยความสะดวกในการเรียนรู้ และผู้เรียนเป็นเจ้าของความรู้ที่เกิดขึ้นจากการลงมือปฏิบัติ จนสามารถนำความรู้ไปปรับใช้ในชีวิตประจำวันได้

Buddha, who honored as the founder of Buddhism, has provided numerous instructions and guidelines for people’s learning processes that are flexible and adaptable to all learners regardless of their backgrounds. The teachings typically begin with simple aspects followed by complicated aspects respectively. It focuses deeply on the so-called ‘learning by doing’ which emphasizes on demonstrating the truths in life which lead learners to learn from their actual experiences. Besides that, the learning processes in 21^st century are lifelong learning processes which must be adaptable and up-to-dated. Therefore, the author of this proposition attempts to simplify Buddha’s philosophy for all learners so that the knowledge can be adjusted and applied to each individual life independently.
