Abstract

วิสัยทัศน์เป็นตัวกำหนดการปฏิบัติงานขององค์กรที่ผู้บริหารและบุคลากรในองค์ร่วมกันคิดและตั้งไว้เพื่อเป็นเป็นตัวชี้นำแนวทางการบริหารองค์กรและสร้างแรงบันดาลใจ ในการที่จะนำองค์กรไปสู่เป้าหมายที่ต้องการได้ วิสัยทัศน์เป็นเสมือนความใฝ่ฝันที่ใช้นำทางให้ทุกๆ คนในองค์กรเดินไปในทางเดียวกันมุ่งไปสู่อนาคต เพื่อขับเคลื่อนองค์กรไปในทิศทางและแนวทางที่กำหนดของผู้บริหารในศตวรรษที่ 21 การพัฒนาวิสัยทัศน์ให้บรรลุเป้าหมายที่ตั้งไว้ต้องกำหนดแผน โครงการ กิจกรรม เพื่อขับเคลื่อนการปฏิบัติงานอย่างมีหลักการและเหตุผลโดยอาศัยบุคคลากรที่รับผิดชอบงานแต่ฝ่ายโดยมีอุปกรณ์สื่อเทคโนโลยีดำเนินงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพตามเป้าหมายที่ได้กำหนดไว้แน่นอน
