สิ่งที่ต้องเข้าใจ Things to understand

Abstract

ในสมัยที่พุทธศาสนาในประเทศไทยเผชิญหน้ากับความท้าทายใหม่ๆท่ามกลางการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่รวดเร็วของโลก  สถาบันสงฆ์  ซึ่งเป็นเสาหลักในการเผยแผ่พุทธศาสนาพาคนพ้นจากกิเลส กำลังเผชิญปัญหา ได้รับความศรัทธาน้อยลงจนวิกฤติ จากวัตรปฏิบัติ การบริหารจัดการองค์กร  ความรู้จริง และมีพระสงฆ์จำนวนน้อยมากที่สามารถจัดการเรียนรู้ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

              หน้าที่หนึ่งที่สำคัญยิ่งในการสืบสานศาสนา คือการสร้างการเรียนรู้ให้ผู้คนในสังคมได้เรียนรู้ข้อเท็จจริง เห็นจริงในอริยสัจจ์  จะนำพาให้เกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงตนเองไปในทางที่ดีขึ้น ทำให้สังคมเดินไปในทางที่ดีขึ้นตามแนวทางมัชฌิมาปฏิปทา ทางสายกลางแห่งองค์พระสัมมาสัมพุทธเจ้า  เกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงขึ้นในผู้เรียน จากผู้ไม่รู้ มารู้ เข้าใจ จำได้ เกิดทักษะนำไปใช้ในชีวิต จนกลายเป็นคนใหม่ที่มีปัญญาขึ้น มีศรัทธามากขึ้น ปล่อยวางได้มากขึ้น มีความเพียร ละความทุกข์ ตื่นรู้ขึ้นได้ตามลำดับ

During the Buddhism in Thailand facing new challenges among the quickly change of the world. The ecclesiastical institution, the main pillars of propaganda that lead people out of ignorance is confronting with all questions. They are least trusted from their practice.  In Organization Management, there are certain monks that can manage the learning with their efficiency.

One of the key functions in continuing the Buddhist religion is to create a learning society in enlightened people a real Noble Truth. This   can change them in a better way and lead the society to a better way along the middle path of Lord Buddha. It can change among the learners from unknown to know, understand, memorize, and special skill to apply to their lives. Consequently, they become new people with faith, diligent, reduced suffering, and awakening.
